I think I'll have a power shake with whey protein, milk, frozen sweet cherries, and pear. I'm surprised that it fills me up as long as it does. I suppose it is the protein powder and the whole milk that is in it.

I am trying Simply Filling for the first time. I think there is a learning curve here! Breakfast was oatmeal with fat free half and half. Then I had a Carrot doughnut from Emilybites.com which was 3 SP. I will have to be very careful since that got me off to a rather wobbly start!
