June pizza isn't too bad to work around. Especially if it's GREAT pizza Your other meals are very low, so go for it and enjoy. Bee that's enough to muster up....willing and aware covers it nicely. Monday I plan on KOKO.....nothing earth shattering (that I know of) is happening. Just going to keep it as simple as possible. The pork is defrosting nicely, so I imagine that will be supper. Sleep well, all!

Bee I am with you on being willing and aware.
Monday I will continue to track following most of the GHG's,move and hydrate.I will get enough produce and yogurt to last for 2 days and make a quick stop at Walmart in addition since their drinks are cheaper than the grocery store.
Have a good day all.

Quiet house this week. We will have adventures today. Walk around the Morro Bay harbor and then pick up Mediterranean food to take on a winery picnic with Lily Belle. We have to pick up a few groceries and decide on dinner. Move, track and hydrate.

I am willing to:
* think before I eat * write what I bite * think and be positive * set the time to walk - racked up 20 minutes yesterday and want that and/or more today.
We had flickering electricity from 2-6 and then from midnight till 6am. It made sleeping rough and that was not improved by hubby wandering the house to see if he could find out what the problem was throughout the night. He had opened and not closed the freezer door during the night and it seems some items defrosted...might have to cull the freezer and also see if the ice cubes are still cubes. Hopefully someone from the govt electricity company will come out to see what is wrong later today (since the generator electricity from the village is okay).
I am cooking white beans in the pressure cooker. Want to use some as they are, make some into a spread with sage and vinegar - or hummus and maybe use the rest in salads or with pasta or whatever. May make some gluten steaks later, too.
ANN: Glad you slept well. It sounds like you are a good friend to Donna.
SUSI: Sounds like a fun day on the deck!
MJ: Sounds like you are enjoying the ROKU box...had to look it up to see what it is and now wonder if it would work here or not. I don't know how you keep track of so many schedules AND find time for yourself!
BECKY: You wouldn't be the first and won't be the last person to fall asleep in church...if you actually did
PAM: I sometimes envy you the family gatherings. Enjoy celebrating your niece!
AUDREY: I have only sent one letter to the editor - LA Times - it was a year after being evacuated from Beirut on my birthday. I thanked the govt and the men on the Manitooc for being there and so kind. I think journalists have become sensationalist. They are supposed to report the facts only but if you interview people then the facts will be determined by the bias of the person you spoke with...or perhaps by the research you have done? I wish people and journalists could and would look at both sides of every story.
JUNE: I just got up after an hour and set the phone timer for five minutes since the stove timer is not always accurate. one set of five minutes are finished and so are the beans I made in the pressure cooker AND the timer is set again for another hour. It seems to work WHEN I do it. Wish you luck on figuring out how to work exercise into your agenda. I have heard that people who "work" put it into their schedule...schedule a meeting with the boss (self) to exercise.

Good morning, all!
Today needs a spreadsheet from the word GO: DivaTaxi, PT, MHSS, play-date with MissMilla & MrLogan. And prepping the shared dinner protein.
The whole week's going to be nutzNutzNUTZ. Tuesday is medStuff. Wednesday is Young Marines drill (evening). Thursday is our Jenkinsons day. Friday's got PT and MHSS. Saturday has 3 - yes, THREE - gatherings on the calendar: KSMB, DayJob Reunion picnic, and it's Toots' birthday. I've got a whole-WEEK spreadsheet in progress...
It all starts early today, so I need to get my breakfast made.
Need coffee... βββ... and headache tabs (I think it's allergies; windows are open).
πΏπ»πΏπ»πΏπ»πΏπ»πΏ Have a healthy-eating day, all! πΏπ»πΏπ»πΏπ»πΏπ»πΏ

Good morning
Bee Will join that Congo line. Grabbing my aware glasses-- π Tapping into willingness as I make food choices-- ππ₯π
Ann Keeping it simple sounds very appealing. Nice to have that pork loin ready to toss on the grill, in the oven, or crock pot.
Cathy You will have an interesting time figuring out what to make w/ any thawed items from the freezer. Sometimes I think I do my best work when I ask "what does these food items want to become?" Bee comes up w/ some amazing skillet dinners that way, while Ann & I are the queens of potluck soups. Hope that you get the electrical sorted.
Mj Sending you waves of energy as you start a hot- footing day on a super busy week. How much coffee will you need?

Susi
Good thing that you are ready for craZZy at work. Know that you have your food plan in mind or locked down. Ha ha ha... not sure if the pizza will be good or not. Our nephew is bringing it. I assume that he is buying it, since they are moving to Utah at the week's end. I am making his favorite apple pie. I am thinking about eating a salmon patty before dinner, then eating a smallish slice of pizza. Am also thinking making myself microwaved apples w/ cinnamon. Will add a salad to dinner.

Good morning all. June you have a wonderful plan for fitting in that pizza. Hopefully it will be worth the points. I think we will just toss the pork loin in the crock pot. Easier that way Susi hope your Monday isn't too crazy at work! MJ wow your week does sound hectic and nutz. Lots of coffee is in order Cathy I hope they get to the problem of your electricity today. Stinks to lose food. Enjoy those beans Audrey it will feel good to have a laid back day. Enjoy the picnic. Becky we picked up enough produce to last a few days on Sunday. Only thing I did forget was to get more fat free Greek yogurt. I'll pick that up today and I'm sure other items will 'jump right into' the cart LOL. Wishing AWF an OP day.

I'm in. Had a terrible day Sunday food wise. Hitting reset today. Work week should not be too terrible. This is my last week of 10 hour days. Work week goes back to normal Schedule starting Monday Aug 12. I'll miss having Fridays but these 10 hour days have been draining. I need to read Sundays posts. Hope everyone is well June, great planning to have that slice of pizza. If its really good I like at least two slices. Wish your nephew well - the apple pie sounds yum. Bee, we can do this. Ann, the porkloin will be good I am sure. I only have bananas at the house so I need to get out and get some produce. Becky, I like stocking up on drinks when I can catch them at a good price. happy shopping. Audrey, sounds like a nice day. Cathy, I also like cooking beans in the pressure cooker. Sure is faster and they come out good. Hope your electric issue is worked out. MJ, it does sound like a spreadsheet is in order. Susi, good for you getting weeding done early.
