Good morning. This week I am back to CORE. Period.
BF: overnight oats with apple (1) for almonds, (0.6 ) for 6 grams dark chocolate chips L: whole wheat gnocchi, 1/2 c red beans, nobile tomatoes, roasted peppers and eggplant, evoo (0.5) parmigiano coffee/latte S- chocolate milk D- salad with grilled chicken, evoo, avocado, polenta croutons E- 1 mile Leslie β, 2 fabulous 50's videos ( arms & thighs) ββ

B - Ice coffee w/ unsweetened soy milk
L- 12 noon- 32 ounce- Green smoothie ( spinach, celery, broccoli, TJ's unsweetened protein powder, collagen powder, Wheat grass powder, green super food powder, beet powder, amla powder, blueberries, 1/2 banana, 1 fig, & water) * I'll drink 1/2 now and the other half later on this afternoon.
- TJ's bran flakes,1/2 banana, raspberries, dried cranberry, unsweetened soy milk)
Late afteroon- Finish the small cup of stir fry veggies w/ tofu I made the other day.
D- baked sweet potato, steamed broccoli rabe, sauteed onions & portobello mushrooms.
S- slice of TJ's dried mango
E- DOR -- Ran errands etc. Fitbit around 13,000

L: Thin slice whole grain bread with veggie-potato salad spread and thin slice ham
D: Chicken fajitas with zucchini, peppers, and onions; no oil added homemade guacamole; salsa verde; green olives
S: Meringue cookie; another corn muffin (whoops!); espresso

If you see this Z, could you share the recipe for the soup ? I love Angel hair pasta. Thanks ! I can't wait for the cool Fall weather so I can start making soups and salads for dinner.

Love them with a smear of unsalted butter.

I went to a meeting this evening. Some new products on the shelves...
Yep... corn muffins! I bought them, anxious to try them. 3pts each.
Other new products were a Terrimasu mug cake and the smoothie replacement called protein boosters in chocolate and vanilla.
