Good morning
cj, good job keeping the junky food to a small amount.
I am in a real funk this morning. Feel out of control with my life. Need to regroup today.

Good morning! Still dealing with rain (the storm made landfall about 8 miles away yesterday). Not too bad right here, we've gotten rain and a lot of it, but we're still mostly "high and dry". Murray is loving it. He's truly a water dog at heart. Son stayed home yesterday and I'm glad he did, he probably would have been stuck at work overnight with the rain. He's home today as well, so I'g cooking tuna steaks for lunch since he and I both really like fish.

Hello Everyone sunrose - Sorry to hear about your funk, hope it goes away soon. I'm kind of there with you today. I haven't eaten any dairy or vegetables and have a feeling I won't be. At least I age some grapes and I'm getting in my steps DotRen - Hope the rain goes away for you soon. I never remember rain being so much of a problem when I was younger but it seems like we just have heavier storms these days. I'm pretty much eating a bunch of junk today, but I had those grapes I'll get back on track tomorrow. Hope everyone checking in is doing well.

Hello Everyone sunrose - Glad to here you are doing better and doing well with your step goal DotRen - How much rain have you had? I sure hope you aren't having any problems with the rain. Take care I've slacked off again today. My eating schedule is just mess up. I'm eating later in the afternoon and then don't feel like eating dinner sometimes, and that's usually when eat my vegetables. But I did fruit, dairy and steps today, so that's something. Hope everyone else is doing well.

We got around a foot between Tuesday night and yesterday, it drained off pretty quickly, then around 2pm today it started again and I'd guess we've gotten 3-4" since then. But it's looking like it will clear out overnight again.

DotRen - I'm glad it hasn't been too bad for you sunrose - Regrouping is good I'm interested to hear about the possible changes to the WW program later this year. I hope what people are saying is true, since I think they would be smart to offer several options. I would consider going back if one of the choices is not too severe. I don't do well with all the restricted foods. I guess that's why the Momentum plan worked for me. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Good afternoon
cj, what have you heard about the possible new program? A couple of us were talking about it this morning after the meeting because they have their cookbooks 50% off. They usually do a new program around the fall.
I gained at the meeting this morning. I knew I would have a gain, but still.....going to my friends for a doggie play date. Tomorrow I will get back at it.

Hello Everyone sunrose - Sorry about the gain, hope you enjoy the doggie play date. There is a thread in the General Discussion area of our board titled "More New Plan Rumors", not sure if this link will work: wwmessageboard.freeforums.net/thread/42230/more-new-plan-rumorsStratcat45 posted this: There will be 3 options: 1. A simply filling/core type option. (No tracking) 2. A freestyle with some changes option. (Partial tracking) 3. A full tracking option with new calculation and focus on calories/micros. Due to come out late Nov/early Dec. reneinitaly posted this: The pilot programs have been released here and are currently being tested with the new plans to be released late Nov / early Dec here. The current information is: There will be 3 plans. You will take an assessment questionnaire and it will tell you which plan should work the best for you. Rumors to specifics are: 🔹 Completely No Tracking Plan - mindful eating focus like a version of the previous Simply Filling / Core plan 🔹 Partial Tracking Plan - tweaks made to the existing Freestyle plan with changes to the 0 point lists but same basic principle. 🔹 Full Tracking Plan - this is rumored to have a new equation and has had some speculation that it will be more calorie and macro focused. There are also rumors of an added intermittent fasting option. The full tracking plan is what I would like, and hopefully things would get back to no foods being considered "bad". I guess we'll see what happens I ate lunch out today and had some high fat food, but I still had a dairy, fruits, maybe a vegetable (does onion straws count ), and I'll get my steps in. So not too bad. Hope everyone else is doing well today.

A full tracking option with new calculation and focus on calories/micros. That sounds interesting. Maybe they'll stop demonizing good fats like avocado and nuts

Good afternoon
cj, thanks for sharing the information. Very interesting!
dotren, agree with you
Scale was up even more this morning after the play date. I was really bad with my choices yesterday. It's a new day to get it right.

Hi. I am on my way. I started Saturday at WW. But I will go to the Thursday afternoon meeting because of the Wisconsin Badger games Saturdays in Madison. I take cabs free from my insurance to WW and home But going home I had to wait long because they were very busy with everyone going to the game. I am lifetime. But I have more than 100 pounds to lose.Guess I am just hearing about the changes. interesting.

new plans it will take a lot of explanation when will we do the tests. I like tuna in oil. I eat 4 can a day. That is 20 points. Fruit and veggies also.. I am pre- diabetic I hate cooking.I hope they don't raise the points. That's how I get protein in. Cant stand tuna in water I gag. I hope fruit are still 0 points.
