Sue,I don't know if your forecast came to be in your area but it sure did here. Right at 4 it really clouded over and the thunderstorm started. Wind was ferocious and was really pelting the rain against my windows. It's still raining but I think the wind has maybe died down some.

Good evening!!
Ruth - will be keeping your DGD and her new daughter - to be born on Tuesday in prayer. I am sure they would not be thinking about inducing unless they thought it best for the baby and that she is going to weigh enough. I hope that she is born so you can see her while you are out running errands.. a new great grandchild. How exciting!! Think we all can relate to how pesky housework is. It always seems to be something to do- sweeping, straightening up etc....its endless for sure.
Sue, yes it sure sounds as though you have had enough rain to shut off the sprinklers. So nice that you are enjoying watching how your pretty scarf turns out!! its inspiring to work on to see how the colors will work out. Happy Crafting.
CJ- hurray for cooler weather and house temperatures!! I vote for that you sign up for that class. Its something you have wanted to learn to do- and great to gain a new skill just before winter. I get it, the long drive is a bit of a deterrent. (My drive to BOM class is 45 minutes). It sounds like a class you might enjoy, however. Thanks for telling me you checked out slow stitch Sunday! Ha ha ha. Did you find anything that piqued your interest??
Church this am, Then got it in my fool head to make a big Sunday dinner, which Dh appreciated. Not sure if I will have the energy to continue working on the center star. Right now, I would have to say no. Hope I can get back to work on it on Tuesday.
Yup, tomorrow is Monday....and early days of babysitting. Have a good night all See you in the morning. Ginny
