100 Day Challenge 💯
If you have wondered what this challenge is all about it has to do with making a change and focusing on that change for 100 days. It can be related to anything YOU want to work on: weight loss, exercise, housekeeping, reading, practicing, organizing...the sky is the limit.
After you decide what you want to work on you show up daily and post how you did with a "face" that indicates how the previous day went.
YOU CAN START ANY DAY OF THIS CHALLENGE! We would love to have you with us!

I see a new face and hope we will have others. The goal hpeterson1951, should be simple, helpful and doable. The idea is to feel good every day about something you have achieved rather than to feel badly about something you did not make happen.
I like the goals all of you have set for yourselves.
I am still contemplating my goal but am leaning toward making sure I get in a balanced diet...and especially getting in the fruit and veg...may give a look to the vegan/vegetarian food pyramid since that is the direction I am moving these days. Hmm... I know exercise is something I should get back to but...as I said...do want to have daily and that would lead to more than
Anyway...will check in tomorrow and know by then what my goal is for this time.
