If you have wondered what this challenge is all about it has to do with making a change and focusing on that change for 100 days. It can be related to anything YOU want to work on: weight loss, exercise, housekeeping, reading, practicing, organizing...the sky is the limit.
After you decide what you want to work on you show up daily and post how you did with a "face" that indicates how the previous day went.

I have pretracked for today - have 2 SPs to spare which I may or may not use. Sundays are pretty predictable for me.
PS - my iPad doesn’t like the word “pretracked” - hopefully it’ll get used to it.
Glad you decided to join us for the challenge. How do you pretrack? Do you do it on paper or a website or???Just curious as I have never pretracked. Hope your iPad smartens up and adds pretracked to your vocabulary. Wonder if there is a way you can add it to your acceptable words?
I'm starting late too but I want to put it out there. The late night snacking has got to stop. This thread will give me some accountability. Thank you for such a great idea. I think I can handle 90 days....
