100 Day Challenge 💯 If you have wondered what this challenge is all about it has to do with making a change and focusing on that change for 100 days. It can be related to anything YOU want to work on: weight loss, exercise, housekeeping, reading, practicing, organizing...the sky is the limit. After you decide what you want to work on you show up daily and post how you did with a "face" that indicates how the previous day went. YOU CAN START ANY DAY OF THIS CHALLENGE! I'm going to give this a try. My goal for this challenge is to engage in some activity outside of my kitchen between dinner and bedtime. I've gotten into a habit of overeating at night and want to change this. The kitchen is the only place in my house where I eat. I have plenty of other things to do elsewhere in my home. cathygeha, thanks for posting about this thread on the General Discussion board.

I will be more active I will try and eat dinner earlier on a regular basis I will drink water I will eat clean

I’m tracking everything, every day.
I have pretracked for today - have 2 SPs to spare which I may or may not use. Sundays are pretty predictable for me.
PS - my iPad doesn’t like the word “pretracked” - hopefully it’ll get used to it.

Glad you decided to join us for the challenge. How do you pretrack? Do you do it on paper or a website or???Just curious as I have never pretracked. Hope your iPad smartens up and adds pretracked to your vocabulary. Wonder if there is a way you can add it to your acceptable words?

My goal is all about decluttering & getting my Old House In better shape. I am committing to do SOMETHING towards this every day.
Day one: make a list of tasks for days 1 - 25. 😀

I'm starting late too but I want to put it out there. The late night snacking has got to stop. This thread will give me some accountability. Thank you for such a great idea. I think I can handle 90 days....
My goals:
to be totally honest with myself in tracking.
Stay within my SP's.
Earn some AP's 5-7 days weekly
