I can hardly wait until we can turn on the news and not hear something about impeachment, Ukraine, Russia, Lindsey Graham having a tantrum, the JA saying and doing something that defies all logic, and the GOP making fools of themselves. My brain feels like it's on total overload.

One of Hillary's top advisers evidently went on Tucker Carlson and suggested it is "possible" that she might run again in 2020. Please! Hillary no! I have always liked Hillary, and she would have been a really good president, but IMHO her time has come and gone. It does not help the party for her to be floating these possibilities of running. All it does is fire up the radical wing of the GOP even more, and split the Democrats when we need more than ever to be united. Enough of this.

I don't think Hillary would send out a scout.
However, I DO think the slime in the WH and his goons need to keep her name in the news. Need to stoke the fires of hate to distract and keep on distracting all the wicked, yes wicked, dangerous and vile things the goon and the Republican Party are doing to destroy America.

amyrs, you must have been excited. I would be thrilled just to shake his hand. I wish someone had been able to get a picture of that for you. Anne, I didn't see the funeral but I have since heard snippets from the eulogies of all those you mentioned. What a contrast to the buffoon in the White House now! There is no possible comparison. It's not even like apples and oranges. It's more like apples and the worm trying to get inside them. It will be very hard for anyone to fill Elijah Cummings shoes, but his wife might be the one most able to do so.

If you have Showtime, check out The Loudest Voice about Roger Ailes. Just when I thought I couldn't dislike Fox News more. I can't swear to its total accuracy, but even if only some is true, OMG. It's a multi-episode thing; I'm in the middle of episode 5.
