Good morning! Well that board switch was relatively painless. I thought everything was getting deleted and shuffled around. sunrose49 , Don't worry, we would've tagged you. cj59 , Thanks for the support! I'm thinking of switching to paper tracking for a bit. Just until I can see what's working for me and what isn't. I do love using my app, so maybe double track? We'll see. Great work on you 100 day challenge! I'm very impressed by your resolve. Good luck on your fresh start on Monday! DotRen , So glad to hear that your family is doing well on plan! I hope that knee feels better. No fun! WW is sending me emails too, but the offers are getting worse! lol And the 40% off one was a total scam, they had a deal for 6 months, but you had to sign up for 12!! 6 months at regular price to get 6 months 40% off, and $64 to cancel! Maybe I'm glad they have nothing I want. lol amyrs, Didn't see you there! Great job on the walk! How are you liking the new boards? I'm ready for another day of PointsPlus! I kinda messed up yesterday by eating too few points in the morning, so I gotta stop trying to be a Black Belt dieter. I'm yellow belt right now. I'm going to go poke around the new boards. I hope you all have a great day!

irisinnia, the one I got this morning was for digital only @ 3 months for $2.95 a week. Not a bad deal , and honestly I'm tempted to give it a try for the 3 months offer just to see if I can work it to fit lower carb lol. Ok funny story about Ron and son trying to stick to what I'm eating. I'm lucky that I don't really have a sweet tooth. I buy Lily's sugar free chocolate now and then, but I've never tried the milk chocolate(I prefer dark), so I bought a bar. I had a few pieces, and it's really good! So I had Ron try it because he DOES have a sweet tooth, and he liked it but "it's not a hershey bar"... Son loved it. So later son asks "can I finish off that chocolate bar?". Ron asked "isn't there a lot left?" son "not any more" lol. I'm surprised son liked it!

When do the new plans go live? I just signed up for 3 months because curiosity is a really big issue I have lol. I did type in my meal plan for today and compared it to myfitnesspal.
WW: 26 points MFP: 978 calories; 33g carbs; 13g fiber (20g net carbs); 61g fat; 90g protein This is using full fat ingredients, but not adding fat. I will probably add a tablespoon of olive oil to the chicken parm so it can bump up the calories and fat a little.

Hello Everyone Glad we all found our new location DotRen - I've heard the new programs start on November 11th (I think), check out the threads on the main board. I hope you enjoy the plan and can make it fit to how you eat. amrys - good job on the WATP irisinnia - I like tracking with pen and paper and I might make a shreadsheet to use in November is I try to track 3 ways. I like spreadsheets sunrose - hope you had a nice time away I'm still working on my 100 day challenge and need to add a few things for November. I set my sights really low for the beginning of this challenge so it wasn't too hard to meet them each day

Good morning
I didn't see that there was going to be a change here...lol Thanks Deb for thinking of me. All you ladies are great!
Still trying to catch up on things. I had a great time with my sister and niece. Losing her daughter was heart wrenching. She is a strong woman with such wonderful parents/sister/family/friends. She will never get over what happened, but she is taking baby steps and keeping her daughters memory alive.
I am still trying to get my act together. I know I have talked about this before, but I just cannot have certain things in the house. Headed out for a walk. Love the fall weather :-)

sunrose49, I can't even imagine what she's been through. Prayers for her (and your family) healing. I'm experimenting with WW -v- low-carb. I'm tracking both and I'll see if I'm still in ketosis and losing weight. I have no idea what plan changes will do to this experiment, but I have 12 more days to figure it out before they make the new plan available. B: coffee w/2T cream L: chaffle w/leftover chicken parmeasn; small salad (1T olive oil & vinegar dressing) D: turkey patty (93% lean) with sauteed squash, tomatoes and onions in 1T olive oil 23 WW points 1,136 calories; 17g net carbs(22g carbs/5g fiber); 75g fat; 110g protein

Last day of October already. We had a cold front blow through and it's in the mid 40s now with highs getting to around 55. Tonight it's supposed to be near freezing. I should make chili but I don't feel like it lol -maybe tomorrow if Ron is off.
B: coffee with cream L: turkey patty w/goat cheese, salad with Kens northern light italian, low-carb pita microwaved crisp as pita chips D: roasted chicken drumstick, 2oz avocado, salad w/kens northern light and 1T olive oil 26WW points 1005 calories; 25g carbs; 11g fiber (14g net carbs); 78g fat; 64g protein I may have a hard boiled egg to up the protein and calories a bit.

Hello Everyone! DotRen , The weather is crazy. It always gets cold here for Halloween, but today was probably a record. It was 22 degrees last night. We don't see that sort of weather until January. Chili sounds delicious! I'm always very nervous about SmartPoints but I'm glad you're tracking your calories. Good luck on your plan. amyrs , That's tough. Hunger can destroy some of the best intentions. Maybe try to not let yourself get that hungry again? Carry a healthy snack with you? Also don't wait and start over tomorrow. Eat what you were going to eat for dinner before the slip up happened. Points start over tomorrow. You start over now. You're doing great, you'll find your groove, just make sure you're hitting those dailies and using your free stuff to keep you from getting hungry. sunrose49 , I'm glad you had a great time with your sister and niece. Nothing is more important than family. Great job on keeping the walks up! Hooray for fall! cj59 , I love a good spreadsheet! What are you thinking of adding to your challenge for October? Things are going very well! It's noon and I already have my babies home! (The school had a family event at lunch time and you could take your kids home if you wanted). So we're taking a little break (with some Halloween movies) before we get into the festivities! On plan breakfast, on plan lunch, pre-tracked dinner, and enough points for three little pieces of candy! It's going to be a great Halloween. I LOVE PointsPlus!

irisinnia , it was nearly 80 here Wednesday then in the 50s yesterday, then back into the 70s Sunday lol. I'm waiting for the new WW plan to see exactly where my style of eating will fall. I found a few blogs that do lower carb with WW but most of them still do 50-100g carbs a day, use wheat products, etc, which I prefer not to. B: coffee w/califia creamer L: blackened chicken in the air fryer, green beans, cucumbers D: strip steak(cooked with butter), salad w/Kens northern italian and 1tsp olive oil I may have a large coffee w/a little half and half later if I need to run out for anything. Should add no more than 3 points and 100 calories. 23WW points; 1027cals; 14g carbs; 62g fat; 89g protein Son wore a costume to work yesterday (a wizard type thing) and he came home and looked like he'd been mugged lol. Apparently the kids he works with took it as a challenge lol. Murray has a nail appointment at 9 this morning, it's going to be cold and it's just up the street, so he'll get a "brisk" walk this morning! amyrs, DebDoesWW, DotRen, cj59, sunrose49, *waves*
