If you have wondered what this challenge is all about it has to do with making a change and focusing on that change for 100 days. It can be related to anything YOU want to work on: weight loss, exercise, housekeeping, reading, practicing, organizing...the sky is the limit.
After you decide what you want to work on you show up daily and post how you did with a "face" that indicates how the previous day went.

Did not exercise Friday...tired from Thursday's 3 hours on my feet
Today (Saturday) I am tracking exchanges...curious to see how that goes. I have done ten of the twenty minutes walking I plan to do as the minimum
I loved reading how well so many are doing and like the idea of adding something additional to your goal for the next period of time. I am considering doing so, too, but am not sure if it will be to track food groups (something I should do) or exercise...exercise is more difficult to do daily and get smiles for so might leave that for now...and do the food groups.
