Lani is supposed to be back from Hawaii today. Yeah, I've missed her but forgot she was going there...Aloha lani!
Today is WI day for me and I'm down 0.4, total loss since being really OP again is 8.9 pounds. I was hoping for more this week, so I could be at an even 10 pounds lost when I check in with my doctor Monday, but alas, no. I know the past 2-3 weeks they have been days where I didn't get to the gym so I think the lack of consistent cardio is partly to blame. But a loss is still a loss, right?!?

Yes, I'm back! Came back to power being off for the planned shut down here in NorCal. It was back on by noon yesterday. I had a reasonable gain for how I ate. 10/2-10/5: I went from 123 to 125. I weighed 122 when I left. I have a scale at our condo. 10/6: 126 - up 1 lb. 10/7: 127 - up 1 lb. 10/8: 127 - no change 10/9: 125 - down 2 lbs. 10/10: 125 - no change 10/11: 125.2 - up 0.2 lb. 10/12: 125.8 - up 0.6 lb. And now I am up to date and ready to resume full time Becking.

lani, Welcome back! The review starts Sunday, 10/27 with the introduction and then the first four chapters with Day 1 of the program starting on November 1st.
