Day one is going well. I made frozen yogurt with FF Greek yogurt and blueberries and nothing else. Totally core and totally yummy!

If I wanted to do the Core plan now (2021j which current colored points plan (Blue, Green, or Purple) do you think I should use to count the Flex Points? Or are all of the points in each colored plan counted the same and it wouldn’t matter, maybe?

It would be the Purple Plan.
Green is similar to SmartPoints
Blue is similar to FreeStyle
Purple is similar to Core

Exactly what lillyw said and the only differences in the programs is each color adds in a different group of zero point foods. (Aside from this all SmartPoint Values are the same.) "Green has a sizable SmartPoints Budget and 100+ ZeroPoint foods (fruits and veggies). Blue has a moderate SmartPoints Budget and 200+ ZeroPoint foods (fruits, veggies, and lean proteins). Purple has a modest SmartPoints Budget and 300+ ZeroPoint foods (fruits, veggies, lean proteins, and whole grains)." www.weightwatchers.com/us/blog/weight-loss/myww/how-to-switch-plan-colors

Hi, I'm planning on starting my old favorite CORE plan tomorrow and I can't remember if there was a formula to figure out how many points you get per day plus your 35 weekly points. It had something to do with your age, if you were pregnant or not and some other factors. Does anyone remember this?

Just the Core food list (which had lots of food choices) and your weekly points. I think you may be mixing plans.

The only thing I remember about age was that you needed 3 servings of dairy rather than 2, but I don't remember the age when you started with 3. No daily points, just weekly, but I think they encouraged you to divide those weekly points into amounts per day.

reneinitaly, I think it was in your 50s. I wonder what the US rules are. Since they don't mention the good health guidelines, you probably only find out when you first join, if at all.

Hi, I was on the old CORE board as rpbmom way back when... so glad to find this thread.
So I am starting CORE today, but I'd like to incorporate one day a week with higher choices... I think that was the Wendie Plan. Does anyone remember it? If so, could you explain how it works? Thank you in advance. Also,I plan on utilizing soups in a pinch. Any suggestions on which soups are the best?
