Hey all!
I think I'm going to start a meeting-type thread tomorrow but today I thought we'd just share resources.
Over the years I've heard a lot of people saying they wish they hadn't thrown out their materials, so I thought I'd try to find links to some of the pdf's and other things I've managed to save. I'm just going to post them as I think of them.
Feel free to share any links/websites/information that you find helpful!

16 Routines i.pinimg.com/originals/31/32/03/313203d44270e08016187fe266c218cf.jpgAll I could find was a photo on Pinterest. If you don't feel like going there, here's the list: Eat veggies or fruit with every meal and snack Before you leave the house, make sure you have a healthy snack with you Know what you’re having for lunch After each meal and snack, decide how many PointsPlus values you’ll use for your next meal or snack Always have comfortable shoes with you Eat breakfast every day Eat all your meals at a table Put your fork down or take a sip of water after each bite Wait several minutes before reaching for seconds Before eating anything, ask yourself, “Is this worth the PointsPlus value? Eat all your meals free of distraction Get up and walk at least five minutes each hour Identify tasks you do sitting and do them standing or pacing Know how you’re going to be active tomorrow Wear an activity monitor all day, every day Get 7-8 hours of quality sleep every night

I also found this huge pdf with basically a pocket guide and a ton of recipes. It even has the simply filling list (on page 50, I think) Be forewarned though, there are a few Momentum things in there, but I think most of it is PointsPlus. www.carymed.com/weightwatcherpoints1.pdf

I have been looking for recipes online...thought I would post some of the url's here and then later, if there is a recipe section, we can move them or something.

Love the Good Health Guidelines. I still try to get at least 2 teaspoons of healthy oil in a day.

Good sensible routines to keep you on track. I remember when the meetings used to rotate around these routines. Another one I liked was to manage your spaces.

cathygeha, Awesome resources! And what a great idea! Feel free to start a recipe thread, and we can start posting our favorites. The more the merrier. limefan, I totally agree with you, and I forgot about the managing your spaces! I'm hoping that our virtual meetings will be like that. I'm making a schedule for November that I'll post tomorrow along with the first one tomorrow. But yes, everyone, please share as much as you want. I'm just throwing stuff out there right now, but I want this to be something everyone finds value in. We may not be on one of the 'new' plans, but we are working hard and do deserve support.

I accepted the challenge and now I can't find who asked. Was it reneinitaly ? Anyway, here's the food log that was shared that just needed the weekly points adjusted. I made a two to a page like they had, and a one to a page - so that if someone wants to have fun with their printer they can adjust the size to fit in any planner/journal. I had to put it on my website since I couldn't figure out how to upload it here. lol brightlyimagined.weebly.com/blog/weight-watchers-points-plus-tracker
