We are a group that follows the book: The Beck Diet Solution by Dr. Judith Beck. It uses cognitive behavioral therapy to work on the mental side of managing your weight. We do reviews of the 42-Day program in the book three times a year, Day 1 starts on March 1st, July 1st, and November 1st. We start the review with the introduction and the first four chapters so count back five days to get the start of the review. In between reviews we have topics Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with weekly goal and me-time on Tuesday, a food topic on Thursday, exercise accountability on Saturday, and "give ourselves credit and give gratitude" day on Sunday. We also have a weekly weight accountability thread.
