limefan ,Your lunch sounds yummy and just like something I would have. As long as the scale is down compared to four or five weeks ago, you are doing fine. When I was in losing mode before, back in 2011, I would lose for two weeks, gain or maintain the third week and then lose again. If I had a really big loss one week, I knew the next week would be a slight gain or a maintain. It drove me crazy until a wise one told me to look at 4-5 week trends and not stress about the current week. When all was said and done, I averaged 1.25 per week loss. Since I am 8 years older, I doubt this time the loss will be as quick. Thanks, sunshinep396. That is my usual lunch. I really like Killer Dave's bread. I have tried the 647 bread, but I never quite feel satisfied with it and always want more. The Killer Dave's bread is higher in calories and points, but it does not make me want more. Thanks for the perspective on looking at a 4-5 week trend. That was a very wise person.

Then I “met Dave” after hearing people rave about Dave’s Killer bread on WW posts. I LOVE the taste of it, the whole wheat of it and it is filling.

I gained 6 pounds during the internet cut of over a week and am back on track the past two days and four of those six are gone so...hoping that by the end of the week at least I will be back to square one.
I am double tracking (some days) using the original points and points plus but am leaning toward the program that I lost on in 1998/9. I found a site with all of the foods listed with points values so that will help. Hope to have it and a few other resources printed off at a local photocopy shop in the village.

The LSU - Bama game is today and we are going to DD1’s house for gumbo and gameday snacks and adult beverages. I have everything tracked and just need to stick to my plan and be sure to get in some exercise. Geaux Tigers!!!

I'm doing really good this week. I had a little bit of a bump because my 14yo dog took a sudden health turn (he's okay for now, we're trying different meds). The first day I did stress-eat, not going to lie, but the next day and every day since, I told myself, "Eating is not going to fix anything." So I'm proud of my progress in my mental game #NSV. Also, my computer crashed! I wasn't able to get on here, except for on my phone, and I definitely don't want to post with my phone, I need my keyboard! So I was only able to lurk the last couple days, but I'm happy to be back and still ecstatic about our glorious PointsPlus board.
