So late to post. Power stayed on - Yay! Grocery shopping and impeachment inquiry watching took up my morning and afternoon till now.
Wednesday, November 20: 123.4 - down 0.8 lb.

Thursday 11/21 up .4 127.2 and up 2.0 from last week. Ate out once and test eas good. Stressful week is all I can think of.

Friday, November 22: 124.4 - up 0.6 lb.
I had a scheduling snafoo: we are eating out with friends tomorrow night to celebrate Mr. Lani's new job. We were planning to push pizza night to Sunday so we wouldn't be coming into the dinner drinking the night before. But it would still be more back-to-back drinking than the norm. So Mr. Lani had the bright idea of having pizza night Thursday in order to have an alcohol free day in between splurges. Unfortunately, we made this decision in the afternoon after I had already eaten lunch. On pizza night I invariably skip lunch to compensate for the extra cals. So long story longer, I blew way past my planned calorie total last night. Sometimes the gymnastics involved with this get a little ridiculous.

WI today, down 0.6, go me. I am at 9.9 total...it would be nice to NAIL the 10.0 for once...speaking of gymnastics...!
