Actually, I think neen 's idea sounds pretty good.
I do have a recipe for a low carb chocolate chip cheesecake. It uses sugar free DaVinci or Torani white chocolate syrup to flavor it. It still has cream cheese, but I use Hershey's sugar free chocolate (chopped) for the "chips". The crust is an almond crust flavored with cocoa. Definitely oreos would be yummy too, but not as low carb.
Current daily goals I try not to exceed (at least by much):
1,240 calories, 155 g total carbs (25 g fiber), 41 g fat (14 g saturated fat), 63 g or more protein
My main goals are to lower my cholesterol, blood sugar, and triglycerides.
