Now I remember one of the reasons I quit WW. I just re-upped at an At Work, and was given a digital code to activate e-tools. I've tried doing it with my existing acct., and by creating a new acct. Nada both ways. It's supposed to ask for a credit card number, but all it asks for is a billing address. Then tells me there's an error with my payment. It won't allow me to access my info in Settings. I think I'm getting the error msg. because there's an expired card on file, but how do I go about changing it? I'm very frustrated, having spent hours trying to figure this out. Any advice?

Log into your existing account, try to go to Account settings and see if you can update the card # they have on file. If successful, log out, quit and restart browser, follow the instructions on the @work voucher as if you’re a noob, and I’m assuming somewhere in the process you’ll get an opportunity to lik to your existing account instead of creating a new one. At least that’s how it has worked when I used cancel and then take the latest discounted deal. If all else fails, call the 800 number and see what they can accomplish. Good luck.

Oy! I solved the problem, or at least was able to activate e-tools. I switched from Edge to old IE and that did the trick. It worked under my old account, but now I have 2 accounts. The 2nd acct. only has a user name and password (I think). zazzles, thanks for the tips. I'll save them in case I run into further problems.

Interesting...I can use Edge for tracking food, looking up items, etc., but I have to use IE to access my acct. info.

And it isn’t just the WW site that has incompatibilities. Even Apple’s Safari browser, which is coded to the World Wide Web committee’s standards, doesn’t work on every site. But good you figured out which browser to use for which function.
