Good morning
cj, I am mixed up on the days too. The 100 day challenge is making me think about those things I really need to work on. Any plans for New Years Eve?
waving to all
Plan on jazzercise this morning.

Hello Everyone sunrose - Hope you enjoyed jazzercise. I don't go out for New Years - never have since I'm pretty introverted and don't enjoy socializing unless I'm forced to do it Do you have any plans for New Years? I'm still struggling to figure out what type of diet plan I want to do. I think what I'd really like is just to focus on making sure to have fruits, vegetables, dairy, protein and some carbs each day and cut out the junk food. I really don't feel like doing any plan with rules and requirements right now, since I don't think I'd last long doing it. I also don't miss tracking - I did that for 3 years and I just got tired of it. I guess I just need to have my own plan and see how that goes. I can't believe how quickly this month, and year, have gone by. Hope everyone is looking forward to the new year being a good one.

New Years I will watch in community room rose bowl New Years day. Wisconsin Badgers are in it. I have not been eating well. thought I was getting a delivery tonight. it is in morning. tomatoes and loaves of whole wheat bread . I just decided I would have a half can of tuna in a sandwich 6 times. a day with tomatoes in the sandwich. I have a few slices to have early in the morning. It is 33 points. But I was going to eat it anyway. They brought lean cuisines an order I had canceled. I get a treadmill tomorrow. Then Friday delivery. Knee January 7 liquid taken out of knee and cortisone shot in knee. then maybe I can walk on treadmill afterwards. I go to Weight watchers Saturday. I gained 4 pounds last Saturday. I am sure I have gained weight for this Saturday too. At least tomorrow and the New Year will be eating wise a good start. The order has to come tomorrow. I don't go shopping till Thursday. I need the bread, I got an iMac refurbished and am using it now. It is easier to use than the MacBook Air.

Good morning
cj, I don't go out either. When I was married we went out with his brother and cousins and wife's. It was always fun. I don't like the crowds now. I think the plan on things you want to work on is great.
Amy, enjoy your New Year's Eve. The iMac sounds nice.
Waving to all
I did go to jazzercise yesterday. Today will be walking and relaxing. I will start focusing on 2020.

*waves* Happy New Years Eve everyone Ronnie has been off since the Thursday before Christmas, so I've been "babysitting" (lol) because he suddenly can't do/find/make anything for himself when he's on vacation. I'll be ready for him to go back to work Monday!

Hello Everyone - Hope you are having a wonderful New Years Eve amrys - It's really hard staying on track during the holidays. I hope the shots and fluid removal will help so you can get walking again and I'm sure you'll get right back on track with your eating. sunrose - Hope you enjoyed some walking today. I'm focusing on 2020 too. DotRen - Hope you can survive the rest of the babysitting time until your DH goes back to work I'm going to start tracking again tomorrow. I think it will help and I just need to do it. I also decided I'm going to do a combination of Momentum and calorie counting. I liked the way Momentum started your calories higher and then lowered them every time you lost 10 pounds. That always made more sense to me than someone weighing 250 pounds eating the same amount of food as someone weighing 150 pounds - it just seemed like that was a plateau waiting to happen. I'm not going to start full on tomorrow, I find that sets me up for failure if I start on a holiday/etc. "date" like that, so I'll ease into it for a few days. Hope you are all ready for a great 2020 and I wish you all lots of success with whatever you choose to do for your health in the coming year Thanks always for all the support I receive here.
