I instead am eating 4 cans of chicken of the sea tuna in oil drained and 4 cups of Dannon non fat yogurt and 3 portions of fruit without aded sugar. Some Splenda in yogurt portions. 1 Diet Coke in morning, Water after that. during the day. This is the first day of that trial run. 28 points 1288 calories.

amyrs, be careful about eating tuna every day. Due to concerns about mercury it is not recommended to eat tuna every day. Here is an overview of some of the issues. You may want to vary your protein sources over the week.

Happy with the Green plan so far. I've been able to not use my weekly points most weeks which helps. I like being able to track what I eat except for fruit and non-starchy veggies. I like numbers attached to what I'm eating.

I'm happy with green too! I'm down 6.8 in my first three weeks! I did not do well at all on freestyle! Fingers crossed the downward trend continues!!

Well Ron and I discussed Christmas dinner and we decided on.. Red and pinto beans with ham, cornbread, potato salad and cantaloupe if they're available lol. Weird but it's a comfort food meal that I never make anymore on low-carb. Of course there will be pie, too, or maybe red velvet cake. I need to start saving my weeklies now lol.

neen,Those are great results! I am envious... amyrs, I don't what kind of chili you eat but I enjoy the canned turkey chili with beans which tends to be a little lower in points (depending on brand) DotRen, That sounds really nice. I think we will do ham this year for Christmas Day. I am going to meals on Christmas Eve and the day after Christmas that I expect will have turkey. On Christmas there will only be a max of 4 of us so a ham will be easier to deal with than turkey. The cornbread and potato salad sound especially nice as well.

I struggled today was eating chocolates and ice cream Got it all out of my apartment. I am getting 23 points. N ext Thursday I will take 2 fifty dollar bills and get 5 20 dollar bills. This will allow me to spend 70 dollars on food per week. I get 350 dollars for food each month.

And here is the only problem I have always had with green/beyond the scale: I’ve had 33 points - I get 30 - and I’ve only consumed 1040 calories 🙄

I guess it all depends on what you are eating during the day on green.If I'm getting in 30 SP I average about 1250 calories a day.Getting in my maintenance points are more calories unless I only do ff/sf.

jeanie, borntexan, It really does depend what you eat. I get 30 SP on green. I get 28 weekly points. I typically end the week with 1 to 5 SP left. So if I eat 25 of my weekly points, I eat 33 to 34 SP per day on average. Since starting green, I have averaged 1188 calories a day. If I ate 30 SP a day without using Weekly SP, I would eat about 1060 calories a day.

I am eating 2 cups of Chile man Chile daily from one can for 17 points. I do not mind because I need points. Yesterday I started eating well again. On Christmas my best friend Scott and I go to IHOP at 6 am. I am going to eat 2 fruit bowls. Spend the rest of the day with Scott. Also Tuesday we will buy a fruit plate to eat all day Christmas Day. We re splitting the fruit plate for Christmas. I got a cab for us Christmas Day to IHOP and back. We leave 6 am. It is a short distance. We both don't have cars.
