I ate badly all week. Getting tomatoes and whole wheat bread delivered tonight. I then have good food to star tomorrow and the New year. 33 points 6 meals. sandwiches with tunafish and tomatoes. Not sugar or anything else but bagels with peanut butter today got me very full. Other days worse eating. I get my treadmill tomorrow. It will be assembled Friday. I have liquid in my knee. The Dr. will get the liquid out and then give me a shot of cordison spelling then I can slowly get on the treadmill.

My knee will get a cortisone shot. I am starting today to eat healthy on green. I woke up hungry at 4am. I just ate a whole wheat bread and tunafish sandwich. I am hopefully getting bread and tomatoes this morning. They were supposed to come last night. I have about 4 slices left of whole wheat bread. Happy New Year.
