Last week's I had lost the 3 extra lbs that had crept up on me with 4 days of strict keto. Not surprising that it came back after a weekend in Vegas with a lot of champagne and a birthday party! I'm hoping most is water retention from sodium and sitting in the car for several hours. Back to keto tomorrow and indefinitely for the time being. I declined the invite to our company holiday party. Not a party that would be worth it for me to go to or indulge in too many snacks.

We're in the heart of the holiday season, I think we're hanging on there pretty darn well! Isn't the average holiday weight gain somewhere around 10lb ?

I use Happy Scale which gives a moving average. From Sunday 12/1 to Sunday 12/8 my moving average is done .4 which I am very happy with. Overall, since starting the green plan I am down 2.1 pounds.

It seems the +3 when I returned home from Vegas was water retention related. Thank goodness. It's back off now and I am hopeful to move forward into a few more lbs down to a weight I haven't sent in 2 years (lowish 140s).

I was up .8 today but that still leaves me 4 under goal. I'll take it.
