I have my daughter here for three weeks and it is wreaking havoc on my eating plans...She leaves the 28th and I will be back to "normal" then with Veganuary starting in January. I have a new diary to keep track in and will begin for sure January 1 to keep track "closely" once again.

My eating plan is out of whack but I don't have anyone to blame but myself. My tracker is coming back out the day after Christmas. cathygeha, Hope you're having a wonderful visit with your daughter. |

lavonm, I love your plan! I'll be a day behind you. The 26th is my grandmother's birthday and Christmas on that side of the family. But I'll join you one the 27th! cathygeha, A new diary is so exciting! I'm glad you're getting to enjoy the holidays with your daughter. Good luck on your fresh start! I'm so crazy busy. I have a big family that all moved away and, when Christmas happens, I forget how big we are. lol So many presents and Christmases and moving parts. I'm trying to just ride the wave and enjoy it. The truth is they'll be gone sooner than I'd like. I hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday!

I ate way too much the weeks before Christmas and Christmas day. Back to tracking yesterday. I froze most of my remaining cookies, I just cannot bear to throw them out. I also froze some Hershey kisses that were given to me for Christmas. Out of sight, out of mind, hopefully. I weigh in tomorrow at Weight Watchers and will likely have a gain. But since I am mentally prepared for the gain, it will not derail me.

I am up 2.2 lbs.at official WI today. Still, I'm at a lower weight than I was in mid-October, so I am not too concerned. I'm not back on plan 100%, but will be soon. The holiday food is disappearing, and not all of it into my mouth.

bed early last night - up at 3:15am this morning -drove to aiport and home by 7 or 7:30. Need a nap badly! Will be back on track (probably) tomorrow but it might not be till 2020.

My wife decided to join WW this past Monday. She has really gotten into it, at least so far. On the Plus side, she is more conscious of WW Meals for both of us. With both of us doing WW, it should be easier.

Welcome - glad you posted - it would be so much easier here if my husband was a weight watcher. Enjoy and check in whenever you feel like it!
