Thursday I can get back to my regular routine. Although I have already weighed in for the month of December, I do plan on going to weight watchers tomorrow night to weigh in again for accountability. It's something I've always done. Luckily neither of us have to make a return. For that I'm grateful.
Sweet dreams all.

No returns here either. I have a doctors appointment at 1 p.m to discuss the effects of the medication I’ve been taking. We’ll have leftover roast with a green vegetable and salad for dinner. Wishing us all a good night’s sleep and a peaceful day.

Good morning Ann, Audrey, Becky, Cathy, MJ, LaDonna, June, Pam and all who follow. Audrey - Hope you get answers Stay safe Cathy MJ - Enjoy Longwood Gardens
While I had a wonderful time with family it was also a little bittersweet. Within a few hours of dropping Cheryl off at her mother's house, I got a phone call that she fell and broke her femur. They did emergency surgery yesterday morning because her bones are so brittle. They put in a rod and screws and cement. Est. recovery is 12 weeks. Considering it was major surgery, she was quite alert and talkative. I'm going to be taking care of things at her apartment today for her and will go back up north on Saturday to bring her a few things she will need while she recuperates.

Today will be OP and my regular way of eating. I've got salmon steaks ready to go for later and fresh veggies to cup up and roast. A walk will also be part of my day. I have no returns . I got several gift cards but won't be using any of them anytime soon. I've got some house chores to do and not sure what else will be on tap. May search for a good book to read. Ann, you are a brave woman weighing in today I'm sure you did better than me. Enjoy your day. Audrey, prayers as you seek answers. Sounds like a perfect dinner. Becky, hope walmart won't be too bad. The dr gave me a prescript for pain but they do very little to help when my shoulder gets in one of its throbbing moods. Cathy, are the storms past? hope they weren't too rough. MJ, enjoy your happy place. Susi, horrible about Cheryl...great that you can step in and take care of things and help her out. Prayers for complete healing for her. Bee, sounds like you and Cissy are havign a nice visit:)

Susi so very sorry to hear about Cheryl. Good of you to take care of things at her home. Will keep Cheryl and all involved in my prayers. Please keep us posted. Yeah Bee. So happy that you and Cissy are enjoying your time together LaDonna sounds like a good day planned. Actually I'm down .2 from yesterday....I will be up at weight watchers though. My morning weigh in last week was much less than it was today. Oh well...I will be back on track now until New Years Eve and Day I do believe in splurging a little around holidays. I hope you get some relief from your shoulder, LaDonna. (((hugs))) Time to get a move on.

I’m in and ready to get back to doing what works best for me. This means tracking every bite, lick and taste, keeping hydrated and moving. It’s foggy and chilly this morning as I aim for blue.
We had a delightful day yesterday. Hope y’all did too.

Gooooood LATE morning.... Trying to catch up, although I have been awake since 4:29 am. Geez...
Ann Great WI! Kudos for being accountable and staying focused regardless of life's ups & downs. We also have no need to join the throng at the stores. I wouldn't mind the crowds, but I would not take R anywhere near them. In the last month, I have been plowed into twice at W M by children. I had to physically stop children by throwing my hands out. One boy was running-- full bore-- in the store. THe other children were walking forward, engrossed in their devices-- two had tablets & one had their mother's phone.
Audrey Hugs & best wishes. Hoping that the dr.has answers or ideas.
Cathy Sigh. . . the 28th seems like it is coming faster than it should. Hugs.
Susi Oh no! What a shock. Glad that Cheryl had a good surgical team ready to repair the damage and she came through the procedure well. Bless you for looking out for her.
Becky Hope that you can quickly flush out the sodium from the restaurant meal. May you find awindow of time when the crowds are thinner. Hope you score some good buys!
LaDonna Hope you had fun yesterday! Sorry that your shoulder is cranky. Hope it eases through the day.
Bee Enjoy Cissy's visit. Gladthat you had a good Xmas!
