Sunday, January 19: 125.6 - up 2.2 lbs! Holey Moley, I would be more disconcerted if I didn't take measurements every day. And they are exactly the same as yesterday when the scale gave me 123.4. Crazy. I will chalk it up to my digestion being mixed up still.

lani, I wouldn't pay any attention to that tin box. I'm sure it's due to the testing...takes time for all the junk to leave your system.

Thanks all. Monday, January 20: 125 - down 0.6 lb. I stuck to my plan like glue yesterday and meditated for the first time since the scope. It's so nice to have behaviors that you know will work when the going gets tough.

It's so nice to have behaviors that you know will work when the going gets tough. Good comment and so true. I sometimes forget that I have a routine to do this even when I go off plan for a while.

Okay I went to my WW meeting tonight and had a one pound gain. This isn't bad news because I thought I should gain a couple of pounds because I thought I was too low. This brings me up to my bottom happy weight at my meeting. Will see what I weigh in the morning and see if I show a gain then because I was still pretty low this morning. I did go out for breakfast today so the meeting weight could be reflecting that. I am dithering. I'm beginning to get use to being at a lower weight not worrying as much about what I eat.
