LaDonna will join you in being op. I am happy to say that the Chinese food I had last night only added .4! I'll take that 'gift' and run with it Only problem is the day after Chinese I am extremely hungry. I shall need to eat extra protein and drink lots of water to compensate. Susi, hope Midnight is doing better.

Becky, I have a cane and a walker. Folks have so much trouble opening the walker after folded, that I just always leave home with my cane. I appreciate the help.
Praying for you.

Sending prayers that R's surgery went well, June. Hope he has a good recovery. (((Cathy))) so sorry to hear about your granddaughter's cat. Becky, I hope your appointment goes well this morning and you can get some relief from your pain. MJ, enjoy the family brunch tomorrow. Susi, have fun at the pampered chef party. Bee, I shift from side to side when I sleep but favor the left side. Glad the scale went down. Ann, too much sodium and not enough protein in Chinese food but I know you will take care of the gain immediately. Pam, enjoy another blue day. LaDonna, stick to your OP day. The scale went down for me and dinner was fun last night. We spent a lot of time talking with Rachel's husband about his job and other things while she watched the kids. Usually he is with them while we talk to her. Henry wanted to climb in the stroller and be pushed all around the house. I am still congested this morning but think it's a bit better. It is another foggy morning but today I have to do the errands I put off yesterday. We are having dinner with Laura and her family at Mike's Pizzeria tonight so I have to watch what I am eating the rest of the day and my pasta portion for dinner.

(((Bee))) Don't blame you for never leaving home without the cane. Audrey sounds like you had a wonderful evening. Nice that you could spend time with Rachel's DH while she minded the kids. Enjoy your meal at Mike's Pizzeria tonight. I'm sure you will watch your portions......and know what to do tomorrow I did all the household chores that I set out to do. Just got out of the shower and now it's time for lunch Be well, all and know that you remain in my thoughts and prayers.

I’m checking in later than usual. I left early this morning to get a workout in then ran several errands. I’m now home and relaxing a bit. Planning and tracking has taken place. I’ve been hydrating and racking up steps since I left this morning, I’m smiling and continuing to aim for blue.

I'm sorry I don't feel up to personals tonight.First of all thanks to everyone for their hugs and prayers.
I am so happy to have finally found a good ortho surgeon that not only do I like and trust but so does DH.We didn't get home until 3:30 by time we were through with the surgeon's office, eating lunch out and buying groceries.
I have a knee replacement scheduled for March 9.I already have the pre and post surgery appointments scheduled with the doctor. We do have to find people to help us out with taking us to the hospital, getting DH back home the first night when I'm released plus a class that's mandatory before surgery.I will more than likely be in the hospital 2 days.Home health will come to the house for 2-3 weeks after I come home and then I will go back to the Elgin PT clinic after that.
The x-ray showed several bone spurs inside the knee which will greatly improve the pain after those are taken out.He also took an x-ray of my hips and there is a little arthritis in them but not bad.He showed me an x-ray of a man that he did a knee replacement on yesterday whose knee wasn't near as bad as mine and the change was amazing.
Bee LOL on taking your walker for a walk.
June Continued prayers for you and R.
Susi He did give me some Meloxicam to take once a day with food.I will continue that for 30 days.

Becky sending lots of hugs. Wish you were not in so much pain. Plz take your cane just in case no scooters are available. Our local WM routinely had every one of there scooters in service when I needed one after foot surgery.
Bee Yay! Downward slides are downward slides. Nice that you slept soundly.
Audrey Love that you can have back to back visits w/ your children & their families. Wonderful. Pasta does take planning, but it's worth it.
LaDonna Hope you have your feet up after your busy day!
pam Great to end the day feeling so accomplished!
