Yes, this is what I wonder about. DH weighed in today (late for the month) and was told that they were switching to electronic extensions. Kitty posted this in another thread but I wanted to make sure everyone sees it. I have no clue if after they make the change accumulated months will still count and I can imagine if they try to take them away there will be a huge number of not too pleased people. If you have a stack of vouchers sitting around because you were afraid to enter them all due to the wonkiness of WW IT, now is the time to enter them. Thanks for the info Kitty!!

I went to my February meeting this morning and finally after a couple of months weighed in within my 2 lb above goal range and got my etools voucher. The receptionist didn't say anything about them going away, but when I asked she downplayed it. Yes there's talk on social media and Connect, don't worry it won't change anything, and it's just an internal change. I didn't ask about my already accumulated time.
I just entered my voucher and it extended my free etools account from 5/8/27 to 7/7/27. I got my emailed receipt. So far, so good.

Since I work for WW now, maybe I can help. The paper vouchers have been discontinued. We are giving out current stock until it is gone. After that, you are expected to check in every month. The system will automatically renew your digital tools when you do. Unless the billing system is changing, which I doubt, your accumulated time should be okay. The expiration date is your next billing date. If the billing system stays the same going forward, you won’t be charged until your next billing date. To be sure, check your account status under settings on the website.
Hope this helps. If you have others questions, I’ll answer as best I can.

girlyfied, Thanks for your post. Your explanation does help. I wish WW had sent out this information in an email, or in some official way, including a clear statement of what will happen to accumulated time.

Interesting... I have a $1 charge from WW pending on my credit card from Friday 1/31.
All I did on that date was enter accumulated vouchers and update my credit card information.
<hmmm>.

girlyfied thanks for the update! diva49 that is what companies usually do to verify a new CC. It gets charged right back to your account they just want to verify the new card.

I wish WW had sent out this information in an email, or in some official way, including a clear statement of what will happen to accumulated time. Ditto. But WW (and previously Weight Watchers) never does/did that sort of thing...
I checked in at my meeting Friday; I didn't have to weigh in as a Lifetime at Goal member, but one of the receptionists is leaving (moving from the west coast to the east coast) and she gave me a voucher as a gift to remember her by... I completely forgot to ask about the end of the paper vouchers and what's going to happen with our accumulated free eTools months ahead of the current period...

Curious what happens with new Lifetime members or what happens in my case when I get back to goal (lifetime above goal). Will the system automatically put me back to free e-tools or will I need to call Weight Watchers to get that activated again? Just wondering. I am 4 pounds above goal, so I need to lose 2 more pounds and I will be back to free e-tools.

Then you will automatically renew at the end of 8 weeks.

If you have others questions, I’ll answer as best I can. Thanks for your offer to help with other questions. I have one. I used to hear talk about "linking" into the WW computer system, or not being linked. I never did link in, and that's worked fine for me. I want to enter my own weigh-ins from my home scale, and I don't care about getting wins for attending meetings (or for any other reason). Do you know if not being linked will have any impact on the new electronic voucher system, or on my banked etools account? Thanks so much for your help.

There was a VERY recent email from WW about the paper voucher... I went to my regular Friday mid-day meeting and asked the receptionist about the change. She said when the new system starts, the receptionists will weigh us in, and if we're still LT at goal, they will send the information electronically and we'll be enrolled for the next 8 weeks. She said it will eliminate our having to go through the ridiculousness of figuring out every time how to input the information ourselves (I complained that every single time there's a tweak or update or anything like that to the WW system, they change the way we have to enter the voucher). She, herself a LTer, looks forward to not having to do it herself from her own personal computer.
