Doesn't this just make you proud we have such a "stable genius" in the WH? He's such a powerful leader he can even change geography.

I understand NOTHING about Caucusing ..... It is so strange, isn't it? I really don't understand it either. If you ever watched the Good Wife, there was an episode where they were at the Iowa caucus. It was really interesting to see how it was done. Of course, I am just guessing that they portrayed it accurately.

POLITICS 02/03/2020 08:39 am ET Greta Thunberg Nominated For Nobel Peace Prize In nominating her, two Swedish lawmakers said the 17-year-old “has worked hard to make politicians open their eyes to the climate crisis.”
So, there, JA & Munuchin ....She is far above your level of intelligence & knowledge about the climate crisis. I hope Munuchin's wife is cheering again for Greta...of course that won't last long, the Trump Administration & her husband shut down her Twitter message to Greta a few weeks ago & would do so again. Guess, money & power talks!...She probably needs a new handbag so won't stand up again for what's right....(me, being snarky...LOL)

where's the "makes me want to throw up" emoji when we need it Here you go! To be fair, if I thought about it, I would have said the Chiefs were from Kansas too. However, I'm not in charge of the country. Call me Clueless in Cali. Although, this came up in a Jeopardy question a while ago; obviously it didn't remain in my brain.

@lka48, Leading a cheer for Greta to win the Nobel! "Two bits, four bits, six bits a dollar! All for Greta stand up and holler!" Yay! Greta! (Sorry, that's the best I can remember from my days as an 8th grade cheerleader back about 100 years ago.)

The best part of the impeachment goings-on has been the opening prayer. Sock it to 'em Chaplain!
ETA: I'm surprised DT hasn't started calling for the Chaplain's removal. Guess no one has brought it to his attention.

Joyce I guess you are right. I do not support Bernie I just dont like Hiliary saying no-one likes him. Bernies supporters are very young. Bernie told them at the convention in 2016 to unite but they walked out.

Who deserves the noble? Who deserves to be in prison? I'll let you decide lol

Linda, they say wisdom comes with age so I just like to think of us as really smart now . . . very, very, very smart by now. And these gray hairs I see when I look in the mirror are just wisdom highlights.

I understand NOTHING about Caucusing ..... You said it. I'm making an attempt to figure it out for the first time ever. There's a bit of a primer on CNN right now. It all sounds unnecessarily complicated. ETA: OK I think I understand. You have to be physically present to cast a vote. If a candidate gets at least 15% they move on. If your candidate doesn't get at least 15%, you can vote for a second preference of those who got the 15%. I don't know the criteria of who gets to vote. Last edit: My first paragraph was right, Google was wrong. So Ima delete that second bit.

Our state primary for Supreme Court and school board only is February 18. Our presential primary is April 7. One reason Hilary did not win Wisconsin she never came once. Usuallythe Democratic candidate comes for a big rally in Madison where I live because its the most Democratics. Bernie came for her. Warren came for her. But she ne ver came. I never understood that. It was so close. April 7 the polls will be packed and in November too. However we have early voting so a lot of people do that. Every library in the city you can early vote in. For instance today early voting started in every library. The election is February 18 a.
