Question: How do you tell which entry in the WW database is correct? You used to be able to distinguish between WW-verified and member-entered information. For instance, I looked up Oroweat whole wheat Sandwich thins and one entry has 3 points and the other 4 points. How do I know which is correct? I actually got up and used the bar code scanner and found 4 was correct, but why have a food database that is not correct??

I'm feeling frustrated this morning. I switched to green right after the first of the year for some additional accountability and I did pretty well at first. Now I'm just not losing. I stayed the same last week and I just got on the scale to sneak a peak at my weight before my official weigh in at my meeting tomorrow and I've gained a lb!!! I've earned a blue dot on my WW app every day for the past two weeks with the exception of one day early last week. I'm beginning to wonder if I made the right choice. :-(

We all know WW doesn't work for everyone and I'm sorry it didn't work for you in maintenance.So far I have been under goal for 3 years while on WW and green seems to be the only plan working for me.That's why there is no one diet that fits all.Good luck in staying at goal counting calories.Sadly counting calories never worked for me.Thank goodness we are all different.

jbird, Sorry it hasn't worked out for you, good to hear that calorie counting does work for you. I went to calorie counting when Free Style frustrated me. I am now tracking on Green and doing okay but if I have problems I'll go back to calorie counting.
