I tried the plain and the everything ones (3 points on green) and they're both good! The don't have the traditional bagel chew, typical of lower carb bread products, but the flavors are good and they hold up well to toasting and are sturdy enough to make breakfast sandwiches. If you freeze them, I suggest taking one out and setting it on a rack for 15 minutes to thaw before toasting so the bottom doesn't get soggy. western bagel Perfect 10 + EverythingOnly the alternative and perfect 10 are low points, they also sell higher point ones. The classic ones seem to be from 7-9 points each.
