Thanks Judy! I think it'll be great to have all the videos and online exercise links that lani and others use all in one thread!
For meditation, I recommend the following links:
I like Calm a lot, it's the same lady who does most of the actual guided meditation. If you go to this link - app.calm.com/meditate - you can sign up for a free trial and use all the Daily Calm and other features. Also has sleep stories if you're into that.
I also like this as it has way more free guided meditation options. But you need to root around to find what you want.

Calling all Beckers! lani, luvvinlife, irisinnia, I think all of you have posted online and videos for home exercise at some point (if I'm wrong just disregard!). Would you be willing to repost those suggestions with links, etc. here in this thread so we can keep track of all the home exercise options? Particularly at this time when so many are self-isolating until the coronavirus outbreak has died down, we're not going to the gym and are in need of great ideas that are tried and true! Please and thank you!

None of my stuff is free online, other than the initial round of Deepak/Oprah 21 Day Meditations. I use Classical Stretch with Miranda Esmond-White on PBS (well, that's free but it's only on TV as far as I know), I have a ton of her episodes DVRed and a couple of her DVDs, I have an ancient Urban Rebounder video I use for cardio. The rest of my routine I have just picked up here and there over the years, and I have memorized.

Some of the Classical Stretch routines are on YouTube. Also, there is another exercise group associated with Classical Stretch on YouTube and their routines are a little more strenuous. Also, there are meditations on YouTube. I like "The Mindful Movement."

bbbearsmom, good to know. I like my videos on a big screen so I don't really check out the YouTube ones.

bbbearsmom, is that the Sit and Be Fit lady? I used her a few years ago when I broke my foot. I'm too lazy to click on link. Boy, that's lazy!

lani, No. It is just a physical therapist that got bored at home and decided to do some workout videos.
