Hurt my back yesterday. No clue how that happened. Been rubbing it, using ice and heat, light stretching and popping Ibuprofen and Tylenol. Still sore as heck! Won't call my PCP for obvious reasons. I'll just wait it out. Thursday 3/19 weight up .9 126.8 Be well, all

ann1953, oh no! Speedy healing to you. Forgot to post yesterday's weight - too much news watching. Wednesday, March 18: 123 - down 0.2 lb. Thursday, March 19: 123 - no change I got my blood work results back already. That was fast. My cholesterol is down 89 points. Boo-yah! It is still borderline high, but I will gladly take it. The rest of the numbers are great, HDL, LDL, lipids (and always have been) so I am happy. I'm hoping this means no statin, which was what I was hoping to avoid.

Thursday March 19: 160.6 - no change ann1953 , sending healing vibes ❣️ Thank you. Happy to say that balancing the house walking with heat and ice has really kicked in. Not pain free...but getting there. I'll take it

Thanks ann1953, This is the hardest .4 loss for me EVER! How are you feeling today? Back feeling pretty good. I was able to get in a hood walk. It started to sprinkle but I didn't melt lol. Enjoy your day. I hear ya on losing and keeping weight off.

luvvinlife, I liked one of your posts twice again. It's hard to remember when it just lists a couple of names and then "x number more" Friday, March 20: 122.6 - down 0.4 lb. I don't want to go much lower. I think I'm getting into Xena Warrior Princess mode and am eating healthier without trying. When our state first mandated everyone 65 should stay in their homes, DH and I started feeling frail and disempowered. But we're not. We are in good health, eat right, get enough sleep, meditate and exercise. So I'm feeling better overall. This whole thing is putting us all through the changes, mentally and emotionally, for sure.

lani, I so agree. We had to make a supermarket and Walmart run. ZOO doesn't even begin to describe it!!!!! I'm happy to be home where it's safe and sanitized Be well all.
