Thanks, mac Currently, I am Lifetime over goal by 2.1 pounds as of this morning. My scale weighs every ounce. Lol. Hopefully next week I will have lost that .1 and I will call to see if I can get free etools again.

I’ve been a LT member for like 20 years. I have never had an online account. I didn’t get any info by email re what to do during covid closures. When I tried to login and tried to find my username it says email is not valid (I’ve had the same email for longer than I’ve been a member). Any insights on this? Am I missing something I should be doing to keep my LT?

Hi Forgotten and welcome to our forum!
If you are lifetime, when you did your monthly weigh-ins, you *should* have received an "e-tools" voucher. You might want to check your WW materials to see if you have it, it is probably 4" wide by 8" long.
Let me know if you have that and I can tell you how to proceed from there.
* The vouchers are given monthly to LT at goal members, sorry I should have added the "at goal" part.

For anyone wondering about your status once the meetings reopen please call the 1-800-651-6000 if you aren't an online member for reassurance. As long as you weigh-in at or below goal (obviously with the +2) I can't imagine them charging a missed meeting fee when they shut their meetings down. So I honestly wouldn't worry.
If you do have a stack or vouchers sitting there, please read the directions and ENTER THEM IN TODAY!
The directions are on them and very clear but if you need help just ask us! ☺️

If you do have a stack or vouchers sitting there, please read the directions and ENTER THEM IN TODAY! I tried last week to enter a few vouchers; received only an error message (the same error message regardless of how many times I logged out and back in, and regardless of trying the numbers from two separate vouchers). I tried the online "chat" function to no avail (they wound up giving me the 800 number to call). I spoke with a supervisor who explained no, we don't have until May 31 and we don't get 8 weeks; we get to the end of the following month. I kept pushing and eventually she gave me a "case number" and promised me I'd hear from someone within two days. It's now 10 days and I haven't heard diddlysquat... Am I displeased? That would be a gross understatement!

Holly Gail I couldn't remember when the change-over happened to no vouchers. I knew it was right before all this other stuff went down. Thanks for the update on vouchers. Bottom line for all WW LT members that aren't online, call the 800# and ask them what the protocol for your area is, most likely your first weigh-in back, as long as you are no more than 2 pounds above your goal weight you won't be charged a missed meeting fee.

That would be a gross understatement! There was a cut-off point several weeks ago where any vouchers had to be entered by X-date. Then that was the absolute end of paper vouchers. I think it was about a month into the cyberVoucher thing, and I know that it ended before the COVID-19 thing. I remember sitting and adding all my vouchers in a marathon session (I'd been putting in only a couple at a time, for years). If a member had "time accrued" in the system, that time for free e-tools still holds. However, we can no longer ADD to that total with our cyber check-ins. Mine run until 6/17/2023. However, when I exhaust THOSE free e-tools, I will get "two months" - from the first weigh-in of [name that month] to the last weigh-in day available in the following month. In theory, that could be a full 8 weeks, depending on when I weigh in. Right now, I believe that they've "calibrated" the free e-tools to be from the FIRST DAY of [name that month] to the LAST DAY of the following month, for accounting purposes. Holly Gail, I'm sorry that you lost that free e-tool credit on those paper vouchers

To Clarify: I am a lifetime member. Be cause of covid I have not been able to weigh in and now that weigh ins have started up again---but you need an appointment--I have not been able to make an appointment because all appointments are taken. What do I need to do about weighing in? As a lifetime member I am very concerned about keeping my membership active.

Hi Suzann, we are NOT affiliated with WW International.
We just created this forum after WW disbanded the old message boards.
Here is the # you need to call 1-800-651-6000.
You can also use the CHAT option at the bottom of the WW app OR go to WW.com website and use the "contact us" button!
Good luck!!

What do I need to do about weighing in? As a lifetime member I am very concerned about keeping my membership active. You do not need to make an appointment for a wellness check-in. You can show up whenever the studio is open. Lifetime members: If you didn’t have an extension already, WW has been extending the date for renewal during the pandemic. Currently, you have until August 31st. Please do not worry about extending your digital tools. WW knows many members are uncomfortable returning to studios right now.

Currently, you have until August 31st. Thanks for posting this. Do you know if emails have been or will be sent out about this extension? I haven't gotten one. Also I'm wondering if WW tracks whether or not I attend a virtual meeting, if you know.

Also I'm wondering if WW tracks whether or not I attend a virtual meeting, if you know. There haven’t been emails sent. They just automatically extend the date. We notify members when they come into the studio or if they ask about it in a VW. We are not currently tracking VW attendance, but that will change in the future. There was a planned change to do that starting this week, but it has been postponed to a later date. Continue to track your attendance by tracking your weight in the app, on the website or by visiting a studio. Hope this helps.
