On the points plus board there is a weekly "meeting" with ideas and motivation and recipes...not sure what program you are doing BUT there are some good ideas there and just two of us checking in each week...

Yes, I feel supported in my Becking by knowing I am going to record my weight in public every day. On the GDT I post that I weighed and the number up, down or no change, but not the actual weight.
Friday, May 1: 122.6 - no change

Hi surfgirl, I use an aerobic dance DVD from Jane Fondaβs Total Body Workout. When I need a change I use my own playlist and just dance for 30 minutes or so.
