I partied like an Irish 🍀 girl last night, must have been the Kilians 🍺! But Friday is usually my day that I use weeklies. First birthday party today, have no idea what is in the menu, but planning a light dinner. Went to a body pump class yesterday, basically a barbell class with music. Not too sore, hope that means I'm somewhat in shape! Sunny and 77 today, happy Saturday to all!

Wow, impressive on all counts, lmenglish! I know my strength has lagged since I haven't been going to a gym, so am already plotting when I'm going to return. Gorgeous day here, I'm sure I'll be left to my own devices most of the day since J has a recital and service to play in Boston tomorrow afternoon...it makes me feel good how much I've been accomplishing these past weeks, so will sign up for another day. Have a good one!

I'm glad you ladies are having nice experiences. I have lately too. It's made me very happy. Hubby said that seeing me so happy has made him feel happy too. That made me feel good.
Today is kind of dreary outside, and there is still snow on the ground. I have to scratch my head to figure out what to do. Hmm? Well, I know I need to do laundry, that's for sure. As for something pleasurable, maybe a fire in the fireplace later on.

Saw "Beauty and the Beast" yesterday with the grands and DD. Good Disney movie, loved the clothes and sets. The grands are coming to spend the day and night while their parents attend the Houston Rodeo. They will hear Willie Nelson perform today. The gkids and I will be playing games and having fun. Grilled chicken and strawberries and vanilla pudding are on the menu. lmenglish I've just started taking Body Pump classes and I'm enjoying it. The first class I took made my arms quiver for hours afterwards but I'm already improving in that area.

Good morning friends! lmenglish,Don't you know all the calories you burned at body pump totally negated any indulgences last night?Enjoy the party today. ksbruns,I'm glad you finally have a gorgeous day.I'm sure you can find something to do while J is gone. You are normally very busy so have a good one and save some time for you. cyndee,I'm glad you have been happy lately. Our spouses always seem to be happier when we are happy. Today is the last Curves day of the week.I have a few groceries to buy and hopefully the sun will come out in time for my afternoon walk.Oak is wild around here hence the allergies.High in the low 80's today. Why would we be surprised?I have been a little on the cranky side.I slept fairly well last night but I seem to be more tired today since the time changed.Delayed reaction? Enjoy your Saturday no matter how you decide to spend it.

linda72, do you think Beauty and the Beast is too realistic for a 6 year old, we've been debating animation vs real....and I've seen Willie, he puts on a great show

Busy with the move yesterday and today. DS will finally have her house to herself! I'm planned including a winery tour/indulgence.

lmenglish I think a 6 year old would enjoy the movie. Even when the wolves were chasing Belle's father, my grands weren't upset (and my grands can get scared by lots of movies). The Beast can be a little frightening but those scenes are brief and Belle doesn't seemed scared by him. Be sure to stay for the closing credits when they show the actors who played parts in the movie. (they are in costume and look great) Dan Stevens (from Downton Abbey) plays the beast and you don't get to see him as the Prince until the end. Emma Watson is a great Belle. (I didn't know how well she could sing!)

Morning everyone! Glad you had a good time yesterday lmenglish and thank you for kicking us off! @beckyw2016 I like the way you think! The boys went to see B&B yesterday and they really enjoyed it too linda72. I just asked my DS1 what he thought of it and if it was scary lmenglish and he said "no, no it was calm not scary," so they must has done it well. linda72 my DS2 said the same thing about Emma Watson and her singing! Have a great day everyone!🌸

Planning a quiet day here. Unusual for Denver in March, but temps in the 80's. Sunny and blue skies with no humidity. Not missing TX humidity at all!
Shopping list made out and one more load of laundry. As I said, quiet day here. Have a great day everyone!

I got up early for a haircut and color appointment. I love the results but it takes over 3 hours! Then I went for a manicure. This afternoon I'm going to my brother's house for a St. Patrick's day party.
I still haven't been able to get my car out of the ice so I walked to the salon. At least I got some steps in.
Hope everyone had a great weekend!

patty, we had 9 adults and 3 kids. There was enough leftover that the kids took some home! That's a first, they love corned beef!

Hi everyone, Late check in. Went to a gun show with DH. Doing some chores, and progress reports for school. Was thinking about skipping church tomorrow but then checked calendar and realized we are ushers and greeters! Guess we aren't skipping.
