Have you ever noticed how Tweety supporters always want to say what a good job he is doing, how he is getting things done, etc. Yet, when asked to actually name something he has accomplished they fall completely silent because there is absolutely nothing they can name. What little he has done thus far has been to the detriment of the country, AND has been through Executive Order something those same supporters thought should be done away with when Obama was President even though Bush had issued far, far more EOs than Obama ever did.
As for McConnell and Ryan, they can't scrape together a backbone between them. As far as they're concerned it doesn't matter if he is destroying the entire country as long as they are able to push through a few of their pet projects.

I sure have noticed that about Tweety's supporters. They have nothing to say, other than STILL blame President Obama for all the things their Fake Prez is doing wrong. Plus, once they voted against Hillary, they lost interest in what's happening on a daily basis. They just plain do not care . Too busy to care about what's going to be impacting the elderly, the undrpriviled, the special needs, the public schools, the vets, environment, jobs, housing, you name it, there is nothing but doom & gloom ahead for all the changes Tweety is pushing. They won't care until it them personally & it's coming & they will still be playing the blame game! Heaven forbid they care about anything but themselves. By the the time they realize Tweety conned them, it will be way too late to right the ship IF he gets away with it. And that irritates the bejesus out of me. But yet a small part of me thinks this con is going to be up very soon, because way too many excellent reporters out there trying to uncover the truth & they will. But will the right people listen?

DH was saying today that he thinks Tweety is using these ridiculous assertions such as the wiretapping to keep reporters chasing false stories rather than digging into what is likely some serious stuff that is actually in his closet.

Said by a woman who will be losing her meals on wheels, when asked why she voted for Trump......
“I was under the influence that he was going to help us.”
Just wish these people had done due diligence instead of just watching FAUX news. We all have access to the same amount of information.
Very very sad.
When he was campaigning he told his followers, "Vote for me, what do you have to lose?"
Well now they know exactly what they have to lose. And it's not pretty folks.
Not to mention that it looks like he and Tillerson are itching to start something with N.Korea.

I think the right people are listening, but what is going to be done about it?
Investigative reporters need to keep reporting what is going on. Stand by your posts.

Good morning!
So KAC's husband is expected to be put in charge of the Justice Department's civil division, which means he would be over the cases involving challenges to a lot of Tweety's initiatives. Just what we need, another Con-Job in the administration. Wonder if he's going slap an injunction against microwave ovens?

For all the hypocrites who said President Obama golfed way too much & believed Fake Prez Tweety when he said he would say in Washington & work.....
Huff Post... President Donald Trump likes to call his Mar-a-Lago golf resort the “Winter White House” but there may be more presidential putts than meetings occurring at the get-away destination. It’s difficult to know for certain because the private club can keep the president’s activities hidden from the public — and the media. This weekend in particular — the president’s fifth trip to Mar-a-Lago in eight weeks in the White House — Trump may have been more embroiled with his nine-iron than the troubles of the nation. He cancelled a touted meeting Friday night with “business leaders and doctors” to discuss veterans’ health care, and his aides were circumspect about how he spent his time Saturday. He spent over four hours on Saturday at the Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, where he was supposed to be “having meetings and phone calls,” according to his staff, CBS reported....
I guess the Vets don't mean as much to him as he bragged & lied about. Cancels a meeting with Dr. & business leaders to golf instead of talk about very important Vet issues.. Every friggin trip to Florida to pacify the toddler in the Oval Office could feed millions of elderly relying on Meals on Wheels!... Shameful!
Yes, I heard a couple months ago KAC husband was being considered. He was also, I believe, Paula Jones attorney way back when Bill Clinton & his affair with her was in the news. Therefore the snarky comments about Hilary from KAC during the campaign. Totally agree, that KAC & her husband in the White House way over the top, but should we be surprised?!?!?!
I sure hope someone is still staying on the Jeff Sessions meetings w/ Russian officials. That kind of got dropped after Tweety dropped the wiretap tweet to divert attention. Guess Tweety was too dumb to think it would explode the way it did...he just keeps digging that hole to no where. But I don't hear much about Sessions lately & that concern me.

I have to hope that there are some serious, smart investigative reporters out there who are continuing to dig for the real stories and not just promote the false tweets that Tweety throws out there for them to chase after. Hoping, hoping, hoping that somewhere there is another Murrow, Woodward, Bernstein, etc.
As for the golf, it's the hypocrisy that really gets to me. Republicans threw a hissy fit every time President Obama went anywhere despite the fact that he could conduct the nation's business from anywhere in the world. Every time he hit a golf ball Republicans and especially Trump acted like he was auctioning off the nuclear codes. But now, Tweety is spending a fortune on weekend trips to Mar-a-Lago, playing golf like he's afraid it's going out of style, and that's all just hunky-dory, and who cares that the country is floundering, who cares that we have hungry people, vets needing treatment, etc. It's a beautiful day at Mar-a-Lago and the grass is green on the links. It's perfectly o.k. as long as you put an R behind the President's name. I really don't care if he plays golf. In fact that's about the safest thing I can think of that he could be doing. What I hate is the hypocrisy of it all.

DH and I went to see the movie "Hidden Figures" today. Went to the 11:30 showing, and we were the only two people in that theater. It was really good, and if you haven't seen it, I definitely recommend it.
