How do you track what you eat each day?
I have used paper and pencil
My Fitness Pal is a go to Just downloaded I Track Bites
Not sure which will get me there but right now am comparing

I use the WW tracker . I restarted eating vegan today. But I may write in a spiral notebook about my eating and starting to exercise. I need to lose all my weight by next May. my fit bit is charged. and I pace a lot too. I want to get into shape. I am going to try to lose 20 to 30 pounds starting today this summer. up to August 29. I have about 13 weeks.

My goal weight is being visualized as I eat within points, track and exercise.
