It's the middle of March already. How's everyone doing resisting temptation? Temptation of any kind counts.

I did it! I watched DH eat an entire piece of layered white and chocolate frosted cake. There were about 8 layers. I said I wasn't hungry, had a nice big lunch, even had a drink. He got desert anyway, I kept thinking as long as I don't have that first bite I'll be OK. So I never touched it and I watched him devour the whole thing!
After a while it didn't even look that good.
I did have 1/2 a peanut butter egg that we got from church. I split it with DH. I will put them in the freezer to last.
I haven't been perfect all weekend, but skipping that cake was a BIG resisting temptation. It just wasn't worth it

hpeterson1951 - good for you! I haven't been doing much resisting lately, to tell you the truth. I need to get back at it. But, today I did manage to get back to yoga after a month or so away, so I'm counting that as a win!

That's a win in my book wwlurker! I tried a barbell class Friday and resisted vanilla birthday cake yesterday, thank goodness it wasn't chocolate!

No refined sugar or chocolate this week. This is a biggie for me.
