He's not a president. He was not elected. He was selected, imho.
He's a dictator. If he wants the sites closed, Cruz can fight all he wants, they will be closed.
Trump doesn't care about the health of the people. There is only one person he cares about and we all know who it is.
He's a vicious and dangerous animal with only one thing on his mind. His own survival.
His thoughtless supporters might think it's funny now. When their loved ones start getting sick and dying they will probably blame President Obama, or simply think it's God's will.
Anybody else concerned that he will somehow, someway, have the election cancelled so he can stay in power forever? Like all deranged dictators?

I'd really like to know what he could pull out of his ass hat to manage to cancel the election. I would hope if he tried that would finally be the straw that broke the camel's back.

i would think so too. at this point no one will let him get away with that. he's a cooked goose and everyone knows he's done. even he knows it. that's why he's running with the kung flu joke until it's beaten into the ground.

Fingers crossed that all will remember the polls in 2016 and not be lulled into not voting this time, even though polls look good for Biden. It's the people versus the Electoral College and voter supression.

Fingers crossed that all will remember the polls in 2016 and not be lulled into not voting this time, even though polls look good for Biden. It's the people versus the Electoral College and voter supression. It seems like the voter turn out in the primaries in most states (at least in my state) have been larger than in the past. I hope this is the trend for the November election.

Also, according to one poll, DT's support is down among white voters, senior voters and male voters. Can't suppress all of 'em.

exactly! and many religious folk are turning on trump as well, even those who may have been one-issue voters (abortion) in the past. his desecration of the bible and faux-religious stance has been seen through by many.
i saw something on social media the other day that obama is urging voters not to be complacent. that just because it is pretty obvious that trump's ratings are in the toilet, do not let yourself sit out the election because you're sure he's a done deal. he's not a done deal unless we all get out there and vote. the electoral college has no choice but to vote for the one that overwhelmingly gets the popular vote. last time they were able to go against popular vote because it was so close.

last time they were able to go against popular vote because it was so close. They voted as they did because Trump won states that had more electoral votes. It wasn't because it was so close.

but if it's not even close in popular votes even if a candidate wins a state with more electoral votes they can completely go against the results? i guess i need to brush up on my electoral college knowledge.
in any case, please everyone get out and vote!

Do we still need the electoral college?
It was so discouraging when Hillary had 3 million more votes than this goon. 3 million more voters chose Her over him and yet he sits in The Oval Office.
It has to go the way of the spitoon.

finreporter, Within a state it is by popular vote as far as I know. I don't think there is any state that divides their electoral vote proportionally by popular vote. When they win the state they get the electoral votes for that state. Therefore even though Hilary won the popular vote for the country as a whole by three million votes Trump won the presidency because the states he won had more electoral votes. The good news according to my husband is that Trump's support is rocky in the states that carried him over the top. (Let's hope my husband is right.)
