I am new to WW and managing fairly well with the point system, except for lunch. The only lunch recipes/ideas I've seen involve cooking, and I simply am not up for cooking another meal every day. Yesterday I ate 4 oz of light tuna in water in a salad of spring greens along with half a large apple and was light-headed and shaky for hours afterward. I'm not diabetic or anything, but I can tell when my blood sugar gets a little low. I finally ate a Babybel mini cheese thing, which made me feel better, but increased the points.
So I'm looking for lunch ideas that don't involve cooking, other than salads, which just don't do it for me. Before WW I tended to eat leftovers or a half sandwich of some kind with chips and some fruit. Obviously this will blow the roof off my points for the day.
Ideas?

txmimi, hi and welcome! Rene had some great ideas! ^ I am all for making a bunch of meals ahead of time so I can just grab and go and not have to think about it. Some low point lunch ideas I always have on hand are Boca burgers, tuna pouches, hard boiled eggs, Wasa and hummus, and a shelf filled with cut up F&V.

Low fat ritz crackers with laughing cow cheese, deli turkey breast and a fruit make a refreshing, light but filling lunch

Thanks for these tips. I don't have an Instant Pot or Air Fryer, but perhaps I can do some meal prep in advance.

Cook up some chicken breasts over the weekend. Then you can make chicken salad, sliced chicken for sandwiches, shred with bbq sauce for pulled chicken, add to romaine and use a light caesar dressing. You can make croutons by toasting up some light bread. Top with reduced fat cheese and a low sugar sauce for chicken parmesan. Add some salsa, low fat cheese into thin corn tortillas for tacos. The possibilities are endless. Smaller portions of your dinner from the night before would also make for good lunches.

I googled: No Cook WW light lunches and these were the first page of hits for that search. I have NO idea if anything is worth making BUT did find it interesting that many must have the same feeling about cooking that many of us do. I am at home 24/7 (usually) so cooking is not an issue...
Enjoy!

Progresso Light soups are good, filling and low point. I also like a PB2 and All-fruit pb&j sandwich. Dave's Killer Bread is whole grain and delicious for sandwiches with turkey, tuna or chicken. Have a couple of vegetables and a fruit instead of chips with your sandwich. Salads with turkey or chicken, boiled egg and a Tbs. or two of shredded cheese and a piece of fruit are filling.
