bbbearsmom, I did that one trip to the USA..just ate whatever I wanted to eat and though my clothes were "stretchy" I really could not wear the outfit home that I wore to the USA. Eating and drinking and "havingi fun" and eating Mexican food as often as possible really packed the pounds on. Back home again I went on Simply Filling/Core and had it off in a month, though. Much easier NOT to gain it in the first place!
ann1953, I need to go listen to that song!
Scale UP this morning - knew it would be - and I know why. It will be down again soon.
190.6 this morning

192.4 was expecting it. Amazing how ONE night of overindulgence can set a body back days. That said, yesterday was OP and today will be and I will be drinking a LOT of water. This is a moment in time compared to the big picture. And, there is a lesson in this for me as it happened the last time in just the same way!

WI today and I'm same as last week. I stuck to my plan all week, but I did have lasagna three nights in a row for dinner, BUT, I was also under points last night and thought it would even out and I'd show a loss. I think the extra carbs are what kept me from losing. Maintaining is good though, and I now know I have to freeze lasagna in the future and not have it multiple nights in a row. Lesson learned!

189.6
So, back in the 80's' decade (knew it would happen by following the program) with .6 to reach the low of 198...have a feeling that the next drip will do that and perhaps take a bit more along with it...if not...know it will happen when it is time for it to happen.

Saturday 154.6 - Down .2 It’s time for me to shake things up a bit. I’m hanging around this weight too long. I think my head is thinking I’m at maintenance. Not yet! 🤣 Welcome back to the 80’s cathygeha ! surfgirl, I like hearing what the scale teaches. In WW they used to tell us that the scale is just feedback. But I only heard FAT or GOAL. Thanks for sharing.
