Good morning! Blessed Solstice to all!
Affirmation - I gather light on the darkest day.
Fitness report - another grueling MOG workout with additional glute exercises; a weights video for arms at home.
Health goal - ask before snacking, is my stomach hungry or my mind?
Gratitude - each coming day will bring more light as we inch toward the time of rebirth.

Good Afternoon, Angels: Happy Winter Solstice to all! And waves and shouts of good tidings!
Daily Affirmation (Borrowing wording from Pat): With each coming day, the universe and my body will bring more light. Those light moments will continue to heal all that is out of balance.
Fitness Report: Tai Chi class Monday; Gentle strength-training class yesterday and Restorative yoga class this morning. I'm on a roll! I have another strength-training class tomorrow.
Health Affirmation: to reach for the best I can be.
Gratitude: For DH who has been so caring and encouraging; attending all the classes right along side me.

Suzanne your tai chi, stretching and restorative yoga all sound so yummy! I'd prefer to do some candlelight yoga tonight, but given all the exercises I need to accomplish I will do them to candlelight with yoga music playing. Good compromise!
