Thanks Deb. I lost 2.6 pounds on my scale this morning. I want to lose .8 more to say I have lost 50 pounds. Eating 4 meals a day and 5 when Scott and I have our date each Friday where I order a garden salad for delivery of course. i bring my fat free dressing. i have started the recumbent bike I got. I do 10 minute segments for 30 minutes a day. But I am starting school program at a tech college online. 14 credits and 5 classes my first semester. I will do 3 semesters with 8 credits this spring semester. 6 credits fall of 2021 . Want next summer to do an internship. I get work study but not doing it of course this fall not safe and not much open. So loaded up the schedule this coming August 31. I would like before August 31 build up to 20 minute segments 3 a day . I got a recumbent bike because my knees have arthritis and the physicians assistant told me to get a recumbent bike. I got 3 gel shots- the last yesterday. 3 successive weeks. It feels better. I have a physical therapist that comes to my home once a week which is tomorrow. I want to discuss increasing the time of each segment. I am reserving a spot each Saturday to go to WW. i would love to get the 50 pound charm. Close.
