Hello everyone! I’m on travel with limited capabilities, so forgive the brevity and poor formatting.
This weeks topic: The Four Pillars and You
The four pillars are: Behavior Support Exercise Food
Today we’re going to think about each of the pillars and how they pertain to our individual journey.
Behavior- What behaviors do you have that are helpful/harmful?
Support- What kind of support do you have in place for your journey?
Exercise- What is your relationship with exercise? Where are you on your fitness journey?
Food- What is your perspective on the food you eat?

Today we’re going to think about each of the pillars and how they pertain to our individual journey. Behavior- What behaviors do you have that are helpful/harmful? Helpful: Eating Core foods, tracking, hydrating, staying positive Harmful: Not getting enough sleep, not always balancing my diet
Support- What kind of support do you have in place for your journey? My sister and online friends
Exercise- What is your relationship with exercise? Where are you on your fitness journey? I am making progress with exercise
It has been better in the past and could be a lot better in the future
Food- What is your perspective on the food you eat? I have gone back to eating on the CORE version of Weight Watchers and am finding I am doing better...more likely to balance my meals and stop eating when I am satisfied.
