No Excuses
* This is a daily thread for those who want to live by the philosophy that you CAN be ON PLAN EVERY DAY, whether you are doing SFT or counting points for ALL foods! * You aren't doing this to brag; you are doing it for YOU! Because YOU are WORTH IT and because WW has made this totally DOABLE! * WW gives you a lot of freedom and a LOT of options that make it quite possible to live this lifestyle EVERY DAY. * You know that this philosophy keeps you on the straight and narrow. If you give yourself an excuse to go off plan today, there will ALWAYS be another excuse tomorrow. * SO, there are NO EXCUSES!!! * This is your LIFESTYLE and it is a lifestyle you enjoy and you live it daily. * Hopefully your participation here will not only inspire YOU but will inspire OTHERS too! YES, you CAN!

85. Itβs okay to eat an egg with a blood spot. That does not indicate that an egg has been fertilized or is old. Most eggs with blood spots are removed during the grading process, but they are safe to eat.

The blood is from the hen...sometimes there is blood and sometimes a little colored fleck of tissue from the hen's track - both are edible if not so great looking. Karen - would be nice to not enjoy wine but I do Bob: Good luck to your daughter! I think they are much less invasive doing gallbladder surgery most of the time these days.

Daughter doing better since bile duct unblocked. Putting off gallblaΔer removal and resting up for mastectomy. Back home from hospital.
Hard for me to look at blood spotted egg but uncommon here.

Glad they unblocked the duct, Bob. Prayers as she moves on to the next phase.
Had wine yesterday and it was delicious! A Malbec.
I don't freak out if I see a red spot. I buy organic eggs but sometimes I do see them. I eat them anyway. Nice to know it's OK. I thought so.
