I am watching Van Der Valk on PBS Masterpiece on our local PBS channel. Good mystery, filmed in Amsterdam. I love the Masterpiece shows. So I just watched the second one, am totally hooked, and at the end of the preview for next week it said, "Tune in next week for the season finale!" WHA'?!? 😳 3 episodes?!?

Another PBS Masterpiece mystery starts on Sunday, October 4, called Flesh and Blood. It stars Imelda Staunton and Stephen Rea. Looks good. ( DebDoesWW, this one will be 4 episodes) Flesh and Blood

linda72 that looks good! But what's up with the 3 & 4 series lengths? It reminds me of the old mini-series that they used to do back in the 80's until they realized they just pissed people off with them when they ended and left us hanging. 🤣

Deb, I notice that many of the British shows seem to have fewer episodes in a season. When you research the actors/actresses you see how busy they are so maybe they prefer doing various roles. But, I often recognize these people from other shows.

I watched Enola Holmes on Netflix and it was very good. It's a 2-hour movie but I think there will be a sequel. The lead actress is Millie Bobby Brown from Stranger Things and she did a great job playing Sherlock Holmes' sister. I highly recommend it.

I can recommend "Father of the Bride 3". It's on You Tube and it's a 26-minute Zoom of the cast in the year 2020. It's very well done little movie. Now, they need a full length movie! Loved seeing the cast return.

I just saw an ad for the new season of Fargo on FX. Great series; we've watched the previous 3 seasons. The stories are quirky and the characters even more so. The new season starts tonight on FX and they usually show it repeatedly during the week. I think it will also be on Hulu tomorrow.

I watched Young Wallander on Netflix. 6 episodes, good acting and story. We’ve watched all of the Wallander series. The shows continued to get better.

I really liked Enola Holmes on Netflix and Modern Love Story on Prime. Last night I watched a few episodes of Home Edit, home organizing. I think it is produced by Reese Witherspoon.

I watched an older movie on TV called "Mother!"
WARNING- It is very disturbing! Do not watch with children in the room and it will screw with your mind.
I had to look it up to really understand it. It was produced by the same man who did Noah.
It's "modern take on the bible". I had to read google to get the references.
I can't find the spoiler button. If I find it I will put it in

hpeterson1951, the one with Jennifer Lawrence? The Walking Dead was on for just 1 episode , now it's off again until 2021 some time. It was a good episode, but kind of sucked they did a "teaser" and put the new show on with the younger people for the next 10 weeks instead. I'd have much rather seen the entire walking dead season (I don't intend to watch the new one).

Last night we started watching the new series, The Undoing on HBO. It's written by David E. Kelly of Big Little Lies fame and stars Nicole Kidman and Hugh Grant. I'm looking forward to the next episode Sunday night at 9pm. HBO is showing episode one again Saturday or there's OnDemand if anyone is interested We finally got Netflix to check things out during their 30 day free-trial and got totally hooked on Stranger Things. linda72 jamescat1, we liked Enola Holmes too. Millie Bobby Brown was also one of the producers for that film - so talented! We have yet to check out the Wallander series. We are three episodes in on Ozark. So much too watch, so little time. lol DotRen, when does Raised by Wolves start? That video was crazy!
