Randall is still my favorite. I think the writers are doing a great job.

jamescat1, I'm thinking about how they made him a control freak last season that had to be in charge of everything, no matter who he alienated (and I have never liked they way any of them treat Miguel!) House is on every day (after ER lol) on one station here, and I watch it most of the time. Even though it was formula based (3-4 wrong diagnosis, bucking the system, then getting it right), the writing and acting were really good.

DotRen they are horrible to Miguel I think the writers are exploring all aspects of Randallโs personality; whereas, in most tv shows characters are very one dimensional.

DotRen , jamescat1 , I feel sorry for Miguel but wonder if there is more to his story when he married Rebecca. None of the 3 children care for him and I wonder why. Can't just be they miss their Dad. I also found out who the new therapist is for Randall. He's Dr. Wilton, played by Tony Winters. Think his wife could be Randall's Mother? Is there supposedly a half sibling that Randall doesn't know....maybe Dr. Wilton?? Lots of intrigue coming!

I remember Kevin yelling at Miguel and accusing him of going after his mom while she was married to Jack. Other than treating him like an outsider (the scenes with Miguel and Toby feeling the same way were great), there really hasn't been any explanation that I recall.

All three children seem selfish to me.

The This is Us writers confirmed this about Randall's Mother: "She is not going to end up as Randallโs therapist," tweeted the official This Is Us Writers account following the premiere episode's broadcast.
The plot thickens......

I just watched the first 3 episodes as Schitts Creek and I have not laughed that hard in a long time!

They've been doing so many biopic movies, this one looks pretty good:

We watched Doolittle. I am a huge fan of the old Rex Harrison version and really haven't cared for the remakes. I love Robert Downey Jr. The accent was weird, I know he was trying to sound different than his Sherlock Holmes character, so he went more Welsh. But, there was something about the sound quality that made it sound like all of his lines were over-dubbed. The animation of the animals was hit and miss, too. It wasn't a bad movie, but fell short of my expectations.

"Undoing" on HBO. Limited series, just four episodes. Great cast including Hugh Grant, Nicole Kidman, Donald Sutherland. I might save the last two episodes and watch them together instead of waiting on the edge of my seat for a week! www.hbo.com/the-undoingI also watched "Flesh and Blood" on PBS, not sure how I felt about it. Kinda "meh" at the end but will probably watch the next season. And I have a strange new addiction. "Date My Family" on the Africa Channel. The date-seeker has dinner with three families without the prospective date present and then makes his choice based on the family. Based in South Africa. Subtitles are provided when the participants shift into African dialects but I need closed caption for the rest of it. Something different... mzansimagic.dstv.com/show/date-my-family_s7

This is ridiculous but I watched the premiere of a new show on ABC at 10 pm west coast time Tuesday Night but canโt think of the name. Itโs about a serial killer whoโs a truck driver.
