Checking in for the day. I had a good on track day and already worked out my food plan for tomorrow. My weekly weigh-in is on Monday and I feel like I've lost some this week, so I'm happy especially after 3 weeks at the same weight.

I've had a good day. It's the last day of my week, so I'm usually feeling pretty strong to stay on track.
I've been back on this weight loss journey since March 2015. In that time, 1 year and 10 months, I have tracked my food every day and I have not binged. I'm really thrilled that I've pushed myself to stick to these rules.
There are times I really want to overeat, but I have not done any more than eat a few extra crackers/chips, cookie or a few bites of ice cream. I think I will always have the fear that I will go back to my old ways of eating, but I sure hope I'm strong enough not to do that.
I think I'm close to my goal weight, but I haven't figured out an exact number yet. I'm going to play around with my points for the next two months and see where I'm at when I reach the two year point in March 2017. Maintenance is something I've never made it to, so I know it's going to take a lot of work. I'm glad to have these boards for support and accountability.
I hope everyone else is doing well on their plans.
