How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the entire month.

Walked a lot in Batroun - no idea how many minutes - at least we did something then also did more at home and grocery shopping.

Thanks Cathy! The worry has worn all of us out. Did make it to WW meeting 60' by bike. Dear daughter graduated from University of Oregon and finally got to see some of their basketball. The men are now in the Final Four playing for national ncaa championsnip. The women play U Conn (Connecticut) tonight Monday in the elite eight. Wonderful for them to play the defending champion after beating no. 2 seed Duke and stunning no.3 seed Maryland.
