We are walkers, joggers, bicyclists, and some do other exercise. We set goals and keep track by miles. You can set your goal for any amount, count your miles any way you wish. The goal is consistency with exercise.
We started Jan. 20, 2003 on the WW Challenge Central Board as "250 Miles by June 1" & we've done 41 five-month challenges, including the one we finished July 1, 2020. You can find us on wwmessageboard.freeforums.net at wwmessageboard.freeforums.net/board/12/challenges The group challenge is to average about 2 miles a day, 13 miles a week, or 50 miles a month; if you do it, in 5 months you will have walked 250 miles, and if you have stuck with the challenge and a healthy eating program for that 5 months, you will see wonderful changes in your health, fitness and size! Some people will finish well before the target date & will go for more or another 250 miles, but others will go at a slower pace, and new members will join along the way, so each member is welcome to set her/his own personal goal and target date. The new group challenge which started July 1, 2020, is "250 Miles by Dec 1, 2020.” You are welcome to join us at any time.

Good Afternoon Chalengers!
Yesterday I did 3/6 of my main HHs, went in my red zone of pts but stopped and didn’t go above it. I did JGTB. Baby steps, progress with no sign whatsoever of perfection!
I did 1 of my 2 “micro habits” - ”50 pushaways after dinner.” The other one was the crux of the problem - I ate my snack and then I ate some of DHs salted snack - now back to school, back to basics with “no seconds for snack.” Evening is the riskiest time for me for impulsive and compulsive eating.
We walked 2 mi am.
I’ve been focusing on a major work project, and DH is getting the house spiffy for my bro and SIL coming to visit Fri-Mon.
Waving at everyone! Have a great day!

It's Wednesday! It's September! Hard to believe that this crazy year is going so fast!
KELLY -- Thanks for getting us to September. Sorry about your headache. When do you hope to hear about your new assignment/schedule? My evening of volunteering was very pleasant, PLUS a friend came to (safely) visit a little. win-win!
RACH -- you added some miles in August! GFY!
CAIT -- I first read "major ART project," and I was excited to hear about it. Work? Not so exciting, maybe. Dang those salty snacks! They are a downfall for me, too.
I walked with my sister yesterday (1 mile), so I walked a little longer this morning (3) and I just finished stretching.
124/250 miles 28/75 stretching 2018 stretching: 141 total; 2019 stretching: 192 total 2020 stretching: Jan:14; Feb:16; Mar:16; Apr:15; May:16; June:14; July:16; Aug:11; Sept: 1/30

Good Morning!!
I only added 1 mile yesterday and did not make my step goal. I was not feeling the best. I had my Shingrix vaccination the day before and felt yucky yesterday. I was in bed reading by 7 pm and the lights were out before 8.
Did not get any details on a start date on the new position other than soon and I along with 2 others will be part of the first to give it a whirl. It will not be next week.
Cait: Great job getting back on track. I agree I feel so much better when I make healthy choices.
Amy: Good job giving the chips away.
Waving to all. Happy Walking!!
